the view from the hotel is very nice. But it is not maintained well. The floor is dirty, and you can see the moulds on the walls.

Got a room with no WiFi - tv was not working - and more over bathroom is flooded by water 1 day gone like that

We select this resort for best view but they given normal room food quality is good but expensive And they charge GST for food totally not worth.. this is not resort just a lodge with small canteen and children's play ground better you can find another..

I find the property location in google map,for food we travelled 3 km. no restaurants with in 2km distance .butthey have their own restaurant

Next time, if anyone plans to take a room here, please be cautious. The bedsheets are not being changed, and the same goes for the blankets, pillows, and even the towels — they are just folded and reused. The rooms are not clean or hygienic; there's visible dust everywhere, and a strong pest-like smell fills the room. Overall, it was a very disappointing and unpleasant experience.

Power cut, Terrible Service. Water heater not working. Rude Staffs. Better avoid this restaurant. Not even worth for 500.rs. Total waste of money. No breakfast included in the stay.

Service was little bad. TV wasn’t working properly. when I asked to fix it, technician came after an hour and did it. But after a few minutes it gone error again. On the second day morning, electricity got some issues and even I couldn’t charge my phone, We couldn’t use toilets because lights aren’t working.

location is Superb but road is very narrow. Food is very good but rates are very high with 18% GST. Electrical Kettle was not provided even though tea and coffee powder was there. So found difficulty in taking a tea at Morning. There is no mirror in Room So found difficulty for dressing. Light at washbasin inside toilet was not there finding difficult for shaving. City view point is excellent and night beauty of Ooty was Superb.

Good view from room. Almost entire Ooty was visible from the room. Friendly and good staff. Food options are limited. Access road except one main road all others are very narrow.

First of all its a bad experience in my life .. its a worst resort sorry it's not resort simply they name it as resort it's like lodge only ...worst stay in my life .. the person name Narayan or Srinivas in reception is a arrogant person he doesn't know how to behave with family people . Angrily he speaking to if I ask any better room or other one ..I told him there is smelled please clean the room he told me to clean ourself .. and Food is like it's worst food in south .. and place is horrible ..it's difficult to reach there .. simply they charge for everything ..even to talk also .. if you went as simple man with simple dress that reception guy thinks u r poor and behave and treat you very badly. Looks he need only couple tmnot family people to stay there e. So i suggest don't book this hotel .

we booked room with balcony, but got badly higenic room with lot of flies and room was dirty, I would never recomend this to anyone

It was unplanned trip and unexpected resort we booked in a hurry but we enjoyed it well.. nice place to enjoy with family and the ambiance was next level on top of the hill we can see full Ooty city
