Berry Hills Resort

Location of Property is on hill and a little far from the main road.Road connected to hotel is not good and it is difficult to reach there. Room and bathrooms are clean.Breakfast and food was good but chapatis are expensive.

I find the property through MMT and booked. Food, amenities and services are excellent. Staff were polite and pleasant. Especially the food is excellent through out the stay. I took breakfast and dinner for two days stay. I suggest for for family stay.

Our recent stay at Berry hills resort was truly comfortable. We had a cozy stay at the resort for two days, The resort offers a scenic balcony view from the rooms. The management team was very helpful and responsive ,

Rooms bathroom not up to mark. Rooms were not properly cleaned. Water was stucking in bathroom. Service very slow. They did not provide things for driver. Food was vwry nice. Location very nise. Road horrible.

The view from the hotel was the only positive experience I had at Berry hills. The food, amenities and location was bad. The road towards the hotel is very dangerous.

Berry Hills Resort was good, but very difficult to reach from Resort to City or sites. we have spent more money.. this was unexpected and had bitter experience. no proper way to reach Resort. one cab driver refused to come and pick in Resort due to road was damaged. Resort staff handed and manager support was very good.

The stay was wonderful. My son a minor was very excited in his school vacation during this trip to Ooty. One cannot even think of a climate / such a low temperature without AC in the hot summer full of sweat in Goa. Overall no issues as regards the location of the resort, food amenities & services. But the access of 1 km to the location is very narrow - steep - mud road not properly maintained. Only experienced drivers can only ride with high risk. The car to be driven in the 1st gear only. This issue to be reviewed seriously concerning safety & security of the tourists / customers.

Food age good , but there is no such amenities for this amount , property was not maintain , lods of dust on chair ,curtain are torn etc , app or hing road is not good

The manager was not friendly, there was no landline phone to make a call to reception. No basic amenities like towels, soap, tissue paper or tissue roll. In fact they were asking to fill the water by ourself they won’t give us water to drink as well ( there were empty water bottles in our room, so when I asked to give us water to drink they are saying take the bottle fill it from a common floor and drink. Food was also below average. Tasteless. Over all experience of the stay at this hotel was poor.

Nice experience stay at Berry Hill Resort Ooty, resort situated at top of hill very good view and food is very good.

Hotels was good and cooperating but services like room cleaning were delayed and not properly organized.

Nice food with good hospitality, only issue which i face to reach location because of road..around 500 meter road are damaged

It was a memorable experience staying in this resort. The resort was well maintained,neat and clean. Food provided by them was very tasty at affordable proice

I would like to mention 3-4 points which I felt is not up to the mark and not justified the price is . There is no road to reach the resort The only way to reach is off road that to in very steep .They charge 1500 and above for bonfire just for an hour . .No maintainance . .Nothing complimentary.Tea or coffiee on table . In this budget you can find better option out there . Only thing I liked is the view from balcony. .

Good service and great rooms.Staffs are very friendly and approachable.Road was little bit terrible.

Berry Hill resort is a perfect stay for scenic view and away from the city chaos, beautiful resort with spacious room and beautiful view from all the rooms

Berry hill resort is a beautiful resort with scenic view and also the rooms are spacious, overall nice experience and budget friendly stay

They need to change bedsheets and blankets they are smelly. Rooms are spacious for balcony view rooms so if anyone are trying to book this hotel if the price is 3. 5k then you can book it otherwise book any other hotel near botanical garden.

Location is good but the approach road is like a proper off road track where no vehicle can possible go so you carry your luggage on your head, food is good, but the service. It's the worst i've ever come across
