overall property has a beautiful view of the hill side ..location wise it's in outskirts of ooty so if you are not coming by your own vehicle then commute becomes expensive. The location has cottages which you have to climb down lot of steps and if you are assigned rooms 5 levels down it's really difficult climbing up ..they have an escalator facility which doesn't work at all.. Four days of my stay with family and we had to climb up 100 steps each time we stepped out of the room.. the staff is polite and courteous.Breakfast menu is limited but tasty.

The property is situated in a nice place. However, food was average for the cost that they charged. Some of the plug points were not working. Handwash gel was missing and flip-flops were not given for the cold weather.

3 rating is only for the location and view. When we entered restaurant they told no tandoori items (understood) and rest all available… But after taking order they came back later saying not available and we have to adjust with what is available. Water logging inside bathroom which gave a foul smell.
