my stay in lake view was very good . the rooms are nice . the service provided in very good . staff are polite and do the best job .

The resort is In a prime location with very good service,they will provide it at your doorstep.Convenience at it’s best

gusys, it's not a good hotel. First of all don't go with the pictures shown in the app, it is totally different. The rooms are small, the property is old and there is much traffic due to the narrow road. I had the worst experience. Even room service is late. The only good thing is food.

we expect a warm welcome and proper addressing about booking details . we have followed up multiple times for the basic necessities which we have already booked over . it was raining heavily and we have requested one umbrella to reach restaurant which they couldn't provide .
