Planters Punch Resorts

Overall experience was not good. Room was not maintained properly and seepage in multiple places in the room and bathrooms. Location is good. This is not at all a 4* rated property. Breakfast options are very limited. Ok

Really enjoyed the stay there Location & the view are really awesome. I would suggest this is the best resort to stay in Ooty. Service food & the decor was amazing. Enjoyed the stay.

The property is located away from ooty city,giving it a wonderful view of the valley .The morning view from the resort is unmatched.The staff behaviour is also very good especially Rohit.The rooms are well maintained and clean. Recommended to book through the resort website .As I have booked the room and have to shift to a different room on my 2nd day of staying. Everything else is very good especially the view .

The hotel location and ambience is top notch, if anyone is looking at real getaway with tranquil spaces and a feeling of real relaxation, planters punch is place to be. However there is lots to desire in terms of service, room condition, linen, cleanliness and breakfast food can be much much better. Staff are locals so don’t expect over the moon service but a humbles is seen in all the team members though lacks professionalism that one may expect in a 4 star resort. Overall when we have then this feedback they agreed and have ensured that they will look in to this more seriously.

This is not a 4-star hotel and not even a resort. It is highly over priced not maintained well. The basic amenities doesn't work here, even if you turn off kettle you will get electric shock, wi-fi will not work and so on. Apart from location not worth to stay here. The rooms are below average. Don't get fool by individual villa it's not worth for the price you pay. Better to look for another best resort.

“worst experience ever - overpriced and filthy” if there were a competition for the most unhygienic place, planters punch would win it, hands down. the rooms are disgustingly dirty and poorly maintained – absolutely not what you’d expect from a place that charges as much as a 5-star hotel. they’re selling the location while delivering zero in terms of actual quality or service. the place is a complete rip-off. even basic amenities are a joke here. the so-called “fireplace” is purely decorative and doesn’t work, just like the rest of this place. they’ve added it just for show, with no thought to actual guest comfort. and don’t even think about a bonfire; they’ll charge you extra for that, too! it’s as if the management has gone out of its way to milk every last cent from guests while doing the bare minimum in return. if you want to stay somewhere that treats cleanliness, functionality, and service as non-negotiable, avoid planters punch at all costs. it’s an insult to the term “hospitality.”

Very nice location with a fantastic view but the room was very dirty with dirty chairs and table. Cupboard was dirty. It was a terrible stay with the only positive being the location

The resort management was terrible and non cooperative. Rooms were not at all maintained and were very dirty with dust everywhere. They didn't even change the room and charged an extra amount for taking another room. No tv in the room. Very dirty kettle and provided opened tea bags. Overall experience was very bad

Location and view is amazing, staff is super courteous. Rooms are neat and clean. Only improvement required is in restaurant service. Minimal items and you need to give order atleast 1 hour in advance. You must try barbecuing.

The property was really well maintained and staff were also friendly. Best part is the view you get from your room which makes your stay amzing.

It was an experience at this stay. The stay included all the aminities as mentioned while booking. The property was very clean with tea plantatiom and an amazing view from the room. The staff was very co-operating and helpful.

Pathetic service, even water was given as if you have asked for a kidney. No wifi even though promised. Food is bad, preparation takes hours even cup of tea is served after 1 hour. You will think twice before ordering. View is great from rooms which is the only positive.

If i would have option to rate the view+stay+food i would give 100/100. We don't know if we will be able to get such good property anywhere in such a reasonable price. Also the food is amazing. The view is breathtaking from our room. You should definitely visit this place. Would love to visit again!

I stayed at planters punch, ooty with my family. This place was not less than a paradise on earth. Surrounded by breathtaking nature. The staff are friendly and supportive. The entire property is clean and green. The food was decent, its just that you have to plan and order it 2-3 hours in advance. The neighbourhood is evenly beautiful and worth exploring. We took a small trek to the adjacent hill and it was a great memory. I absolutely endorse visiting this property. I am certain that i will visit it again.

Electricity issue, rest everything is good. We did not have electricity at night in the resort. Rest everything is good

The room was not fully maintained. Food was good. I pad 22k for two rooms and there was no wifi. I reached at 12pm and they gave me room after 40 mins. Service was not so good

The view from the stay was amazing and hospitality was good except there were too many houseflies and there was no room service and the rooms are without ventilation and the washrooms are without ventilation

View was exceptional but improvement needed for rooms. Not well maintained rooms but you can go for view

No local language staff. No one speaks other than hindi. Rooms doesn't have tv or wifi. No restaurant. No toiletry were provided. Even refreshment are not available. Just a stay room not a property to be termed as resort ot hotel
