room was clean. however, this visit I was really disappointed with things. night for 3 hours there was no power backup, most of the food Menu was not available and there was no hand towels provided

Overall experience is excellent with respect to food is little costly, they will not give any gravy for zeera rise we have to order paying extra amount

the property was on a good location and the staff was friendly, But my driver was treated badly, he was not given fresh water to drink which is unacceptable.

Property is well maintained and the view was awesome. Staff were courteous and friendly. Food menu was limited but prepared fresh as per request. Breakfast spread was good too. Rooms were bit gloomy but all amenities are provided as mentioned. Location is also very good and less crowded. Overall, had a memorable stay at the resort.

The scenic view from the property, there was fog surrounded in the evening time and morning view is excellent. Very friendly staff and hospitality was good. Pros: Best view , Food was great, Nice staff, very clean and hygiene. Cons: No balcony, bathroom and switch buttons are old, Breakfast was not that much good and door lock is very old and need to lock the door form inside of you are going outside, no outdoor activity.

Overall experience was good, food was good but limited options are there(no tandoori items are available neither any continental. I faced wi fi issue. Staff was good and cooperative

If anyone want to experience dharmshala stay at a high cost .. one must visit one of the worst experience Train seats were more comfortable compared to hotel bed.. I also raised a complaint in hotel but no reply they said aaisa hi hai If u want u adjust u can or else u can leave water supplied in room was a regular tap water not a packed water bottle. (the staff said my himself.. bhaiya pani mat pina aap ko aapke sath lekar aai ho vahi pina ) plz won't visit of the worst experience 🙏😡 if u won't trust my words one can visit and then will regret

The hotel has mesmerizing views which adds to the charm of it. The staff is amazing, attentive and helpful. The hotel is maintained quite nicely and cleanliness has been taken care. Food is also tasty especially non-vegetarian options.

Pleasant stay with nice rooms, staff who take their work seriously and great food. Location is very nice and had an experience better than other hotels that i ever stayed in ooty
