The stay was very pleasant. Breakfast and dinner were also very good. The view from the property is beautiful.

Food - 3/10 for almost 80% of ooty. Stay we opted for budget but since most of it is under construction, i’d give 3/10 for the pictures and reality mismatch. Else it’s 5/10. Timely service 7/10.

Property manager was allotted a room which was completely different from the booked one & he was not at all listening to us. Allotted room was terrible, also not well maintained

We booked a room in drizzle drop inn ooty for stay on 27. 09. 24. Via make my trip and paid full amount. But they refused to check in into drizzle drop inn and they gave a alternate hotel which is not comfortable for us. So we found another hotel for stay and immediately informed about the situation for refunding the amount. They said that the makemy trip will process our refund within 48 hrs. But still now no response from both the sides. We informed all the things to makemy trip also. Due to this inconvenience, we had a worst experience with this trip.

Rooms are clean. But booking manager is told through call rooms are sold out & there is no current. So don’t come. Even i don’t believe and went the hotel. There are rooms available and current also available. I was went with my family. This booking manager behavior is very bad.

The room's view was very good but the room was average and also the food was not good, it was too oily

Very pathetic hotel i have ever seen. Rooftop was leaked. Not hot water available, no cattle, no food. Service not good at all.

Room was not clean, washroom was smelly and not clean, bedsheet and blankets looked old and dirty. Only the view outside is good

Hotel is very nice. Good maintenance. Situated in city center. Easy to access. But small problem is non availablity of non veg food. Except this overall good

The resort room was so spacious. Hot water facility was top notch. Full was delicious and hotly served. From the room we can see toy train view its a nice experience. Balcony mountain view is excellent. Nice stay. Friendly staff.

Management is not good, rooms are not worth the price. Simple go and stay there you will also write reviews like this.
