SV RESIDENCY

Very nice location in this budget as I've booked in last minute only after i reached Ooty, very near to busstand and good for family as well, as the renovation is going on we just felt a few uncomfortable, but room and location worth for the cost we spent... Especially the breakfast was very good and freshly given to the room... Thanks🙏🏻

Room was pathetic condition dusty, unhinged room with old dirty bedsheet and blankets it was spare room which was meant for hotel workers and that was allotted. We had no other choice than staying there as it was late already and no other option was there.

Excellent stay in ooty. Even though the property is under renovation, host Mr.Ravi managed to provide well maintained room and also arranged vehicle for local sight seeing. Value for money stay in ooty

The Lodge was good with accessible location and parking. Rooms were clean and hot water is available most of the times with staff being polite.

Nice place to stay, railway station and bus stand are nearby only. Food are nice both breakfast and dinner...

Hospitality was very nice, homely feeling. It is very near to the bus stand.

Wifi was not working for 2 days. No hangers in the cupboard. The curtains are very transparent. Very difficult to sleep. Toiletries does not mean only a small soap.

Room neatly cleaned and room temperature was so good heat water also provided their staff also very friendly and breakfast too good poori,pongal & Vada I liked these combos next time definitely I book this hotel next visit

SV Residency is good location, very near to Bus stand. Rooms are clean and very affordable fare. Water is also good sufficient. I definitely recommend this hotel for ooty tourists

Everything is good. It's near the bus stand and budget hotels. The proprietor of the property is very nice to guests.

It was an excellent stay at SV Residency. The room was neat and big enough for a family of 4 people..Hot water available in the morning..Great view from the balcony and is close proximity to Bus Stand and heritage railway station.They also arranged for sight seeing.Overall a great experience..Thank you guys for an unforgettable trip.

The Hotel was not at all as expected. The rooms were smelly, entire hotel was under renovation, the location of the hotel was very shady.Its basically a lodge, I have no idea why they charged so much. staff means just one guy for all requirements. no wifi. The room that we booked was so bad that we urged to change that, luckily no other rooms were booked so we shifted to a decent room. But yes don't expect any good facilities here

My experience with SV Residency was good, they are very supportive to customers, and they have friendly staff. However the room was very average in terms of cleanliness. Rooms plug points and switches were broken or not working, bedsheets had stain marks and bad smell. The bathroom was clean and neat. I feel the price(maybe due to high demand) which I paid was not worth it.

Room was okay as it was specious however comfortable for a stay of 2 persons also the tv was not working and the food is pretty expensive with the quantity and quality both are not up to the mark
