the flat had two bedrooms with attached bathrooms. one didn't have an exhaust fan. the sofas was almost worn out. the roads are very narrow to reach the apartment. overall the stay was average and the price was on a higher side.

Decent place, no additional stuff and the caretaker is helpful and will arrange for anything you need. View is good and it's much cooler than the city. Approach road is bad, otherwise everything is close by and accessible. Recommended if you have a group of 4-6 traveller's.

Thanks for the review. Roads leading on the way to apartment were damaged due to rainy conditions. New road has been laid out now and issue is completely fixed. Hope you will come stay with us again

I’m booked and headed to the destination, and my booking is confirmed. I received all the confirmation messages. However, after that, the hotel called me and informed me that the rooms are fully booked, so i can’t stay there. This situation is very hectic and frustrating for us and i didn’t get cash return till today

Hello! Firstly Apologies for the inconvenience caused. From the hotel end we didn’t confirm your booking as all of the apartments were full during your booking dates. Last available apartment was booked within the same hour of your booking request . I believe there was a delay in MMT website to update the availability. We called you immediately after seeing your booking to inform the same. Regarding refunds, we haven’t received any amount for MMT for your booking. I personally called MMT service support asking to process your refund. You should receive it within a day or two. Please reach out in our contact number if there any further delays in refund .
