I just happened to book my stay in lauriston villa, without anyone recommending or reading any reviews. And what a memorable experience it was. Everything is pitch perfect with this property, for someone who enjoys a minimalistic experience. A word of caution, don’t expect a luxury boutique Lauriston Premium Heritage Bungalow Ooty by VOYE HOMES experience here, rather you get the feeling of a home away from home. The location is perfect, very close to the ooty town, botanical garden, st stephens church and legendary eateries such as shinkow, moddys, and the little earth. The view is an absolute pleasure with nothing to obstruct you in the form of tall buildings and walls. The early mornings and evenings are an absolute joy, just looking at the distant hills or the valley or even the vast expanse of the open sky. I took my morning walks to the botanical garden every day during my stay here. The service is top notch and homely one, and breakfast though limited spread is very fresh and served with lot of warmth, literally and figuratively. Thanks to mr. Kannan, the chef and all the support staff who made my stay a memorable one. I am sure to come back to this property again. And lastly, sir bala lingaiah, it was an absolute pleasure to meet you and thanks for up keeping the legacy of this

We recently stayed at the lauriston premium heritage bungalow ooty by voye homes, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The bungalow's interior and front yard truly lived up to its "premium" label, offering a serene and peaceful atmosphere that immediately set the tone for a relaxing stay. The complimentary breakfast was decent and provided a good start to the day, though it could have included a bit more variety. However, we did notice a few areas for improvement. The back side of the bungalow, which included some unclean structures and rooms, didn’t align with the well-maintained vibe of the front yard. Cleaning up and enhancing this area would elevate the overall experience significantly. Additionally, while the rooms were comfortable, we had to specifically request toiletries for all three rooms, which could be better managed for a more seamless stay. In conclusion, it’s a lovely property with a lot of potential. With a bit more attention to cleanliness and amenities, it could easily become one of the best heritage stays in ooty.

Location and food is very good. I feel it is overpriced. The standard room for two people is very small. Hardly any space. Very cramped. Family room of 4 people is good and spacious. Services are good. Staff is friendly. I would suggest to have a bonfire every evening. And please serve coffee and tea early in morning. That would be nice given the weather, else waiting till 8:30 am is too late.

Excellent place to stay !! Their Hospitality towards the guest is non comparable. Had a wonderful night stay, though shot span, enjoyed every minute of it. Staffs like Kannan was always available and so humble. Asha and Arthi helped us in serving quality food, Mr Vasu chef of the resort was one of the best guys they have. We will surely visit again with bigger set of families and stay here.

Nicely located without any noises. Easy access to city markets and tourist locations. Breakfast was very good and staff were courteous.

The property at lauriston villa is extremely beautiful and set in a spectacular scenery. The host was extremely cordial. The rooms are very elegant and offer a comfortable stay. A special mention to the yummy and scrumptious breakfast spread.

Excellent stay, very large open space. Delicious breakfast, very humble staff, neat and clean rooms. Almost unlimited car parking. Specially made bonfire arrangement. List is endless

The location of the property was very nice The Rooms were good and the staffs especially the manager was kind and polite but the property stills need improvement in areas like Recreational Activities and Dining Options etc

Pleasent stay...clean rooms with good staffs ...the best thing about this property is the location...heart of town but calm n silent on top of the hill

The room and environment was outstanding. they treated us very well and breakfast was very nice and we expect next time there should be dinner at least so that we can avoid going out in the night.

The location of the homestay is really good. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was decent. The caretaker is very helpful in addressing our needs. The view from the homestay is nice as well.
