The location of the property is superb. The rooms are tidy and neat. The manager is very supportive. Only issue is morning till 7:30 no tea or coffee and evening till 5:30 no tea or coffee. The food was fresh and taste.

In the middle of ooty town, however it still has its calmness from the hustle and bustle. Excellent rooms and clean bathrooms! It was a last minute booking, but worth every penny. Excellent breakfast too!
