Everything is good.But no lift for going upstairs also toilet seems to be small and Partition glass seems to be old.

The Hotel did NOT provide the room that I asked for and gave an excuse that it is under maintenance, the manager mentioned that they will confirm once it is ready. However it was provided to another guest on the next day ( i was still continuing with the same cottage on the next day too). More than money the guest plan their vacation by availing leaves, travelling to the place just to finally get disappointed entirely. I clearly mentioned in make my trip instructions also, seems it is not considered. better the section can be removed. Yes the hospitality is good but beyond that the requested room is not provided. Maintenance reason is just a excuse I would say. Don't get mislead by the influencer's video or other digital videos. Thanks to the entertainment manager who keeps engaging the guest to the best possible. Food were good but costly.

Many indoor and outdoor activities are available for everyone. Children will have the best time here. Staffs are helpful and polite, nice location with good views, lawn area and complimentary tea and snacks between 5 and 6’o clock evening. I only see the drawbacks as not renovated bathrooms, missing lift and expensive food.

Hotel Location is Good, Food served was a lso very good especially Breakfast. Bathrooms are very well maintained and have got very nice bath fittings like multifunction showers & Handshowers. My kids enjoyed at Fun Zone a lot. Perfect place for Family stay.

Stayed here recently and had a fantastic experience. The property was spotless and well maintained. The food was amazing with a good variety and great taste. The staff was very polite, attentive, and always willing to help, which made the stay even more comfortable. The location was perfect — close to key attractions and easy to access. Overall, a delightful stay and I would highly recommend this hotel.

best part is people and service is top class. property is old . you may issue with washroom hygiene.

The stay was pleasant and enjoyable. The property is located in Dodabetta and offers a beautiful viewpoint. The complimentary breakfast was amazing. However, for dinner, only a few dishes like roti, idiyappam, and dosa were available, which seemed to cater mainly to North Indian guests. It would be great if the menu could be improved by including more options suitable for Tamil people.

The resort is in outskirt of Ooty town towards Dodabetta Road.So no restaurants nearby. You have tio take food at their restaurant. The service providers at restaurants is less and at peak hours they are unable to manage the guests.

The stay was comfortable overall. However the breakfast buffet was not up to the mark. Very limited options and slow service. The bathroom was too small. The furniture was old and rusty.

Good location -Excellent food. Kids friendly with a big lawn and game zone.ideal location for relaxing with beautiful scenic view.

We stayed at wooden villa- highly recommended during sunny day. Will not suit during rainy day. Rooms were clean and had heater facility too. Food was excellent- location excellent, out side busy city and views around the hotel was awesome. Filled with a lot of amenities like Play area, Big lawn, Gym. You have all the entertainment inside the hotel so that you can enjoy the stay and climate without even roaming around. Overall- excellent experience

Located at Dodabetta Peak, far away from town's hussle, this one is a perfect staycation hotel in Ooty. Good staff, food and rooms.

I was very disappointed with our experience. For the amount of money we paid, we expected a luxury stay, but the service was severely lacking. The problems started in the room. The washroom was not in good condition, and the only option was a bathtub, which was impractical. The worst part was the restaurant. The service was incredibly slow. We had to wait a very long time for our food to arrive. Even when it did, the service from the staff was not at the standard you would expect from a hotel charging these prices. Overall, it was not a luxury experience, and I cannot recommend it.

it is the most memorable experience I have enjoyed at accord. The staff is so friendly. only one issue if you have your own transport,this property leaves a memorable foot print to travel experience. The restaurant's food and service is impeccable. we had very good time here
