Unprofessional staff. We didn't got balcony rooms the details mentioned were wrong. Our query would have resolve in 30mins if the reception guy was professional. We waited 3hrs outside the hotel in cold and not even once any staff came for help.

Totally disaster and fraud . The room shown was different whereas room given was very dingy not worth the price given . The room was a complete disaster and very stingy and old . Bathroom was very bad and smelly .

The Vista Suites Hotel is Good with Nice Scenic View and Friendly Staff. It is in the Outskirts of Ooty and refreshes Natural Beauty. Nice Stay...👍

The location of the hotel offers a nice view of the hills, although it is little far from bus stand. There was no option to choose a balcony room, which was unfortunate. Staff were nice and they gave practical suggestions of sightseeing activities. It was chilly and they were struggling to arrange a working room heater. Breakfast was good on Sunday, not so much on Monday. Few of the food items we ordered were not so good, especially vegetarian ones, e.g. veg fried rice. However nonveg items were nice. They setup a bonfire on Sunday night, which was nice.

First the good things. The location is beautiful, right near the entrance to Doddabetta peak. You can see a wonderful sunrise. Room with balcony is good. Now the not so good things. Parking is on sloping ground, has not been levelled so not good for your vehicle as one side suspension will be stressed. Parking available for 5 cars, but there are many more rooms. Rooms are not cosy, no carpets, hence chilly uncomfortable floor. Food is pretty expensive. No chairs to sit in the balcony. Host pretty cold and unwelcoming. Only for the location you can stay for one night. Nothing else to do there.

The staff are very nice they are caring and they know she has a toddler so they gave me heaters. The staff are very humble if i come ooty next time i will definitely choose a 'vista suit.

Great experience at this hotel. Staff is very nice and polite. Food is great at their restaurant and The view from balcony is worth paying the money.

Room is having moisture on walls, no room heater/blower to mitigate low temperature, room window was besides common entry exit passage which creates privacy issue. View was completely blocked. Entry door of room 201 was in end of passage which was scary. 1

Everything is good. We completely enjoyed the trip. Especially the room cleanliness, atmosphere, location all are amazing.

Location wise very good for sunrise view and to feel staying @ nature. Staff and overall cleanliness were very good. Extra bed is not good as per charge and rooms shall be provided with room warmer at such locations

Rooms were clean but breakfast was such a mess. Unhealthy and full of flies. Bad quality of food. Don’t have enough staff. Don’t give a hand towel in room nor a heater.
