Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The room offered a beautiful view, and I really enjoyed the gaming zone. I stayed for 3 days and ordered outside food once. Unfortunately, despite calling the restaurant four times, I didn’t receive the cutlery I requested. Apart from this issue with the restaurant staff, everything else about the stay was excellent.

Rooms are very good. Ideal place for a family to stay.. View from the hotel room are excellent. Lot of spaces for the kids to play. Overall enjoyed the stay.

The accommodation was truly excellent. Our room wooden cottage was spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully appointed with comfortable bedding and modern amenities. It felt like a perfect, cozy sanctuary after a day of travel. However, the real highlight of this hotel is its incredible location and the scenic viewpoints accessible directly from the hotel backyard. The backyard offered a breathtaking, panoramic vista of the mountains and valleys. Food options and service can be improved.

The property consisted of a huge area .The room was spacious and clean.The washroom was also good but the water operating system was a bit confusing for us.Dinner was nice and tasty but the breakfast was not up to our mark.It could have been improved.

We booked family villa. The property is not well maintained, rooms bedsheets were dirty, there were in the room. The lights were too dim, seems to be kept like that on purpose, in order to hide the dirt. We were not able to sleep properly, as whenever the person on the above room was moving we could literally hear each step.

I booked a cottage and found the overall experience to be quite average. The service was very slow and the food was also just average. The place definitely needs more focus on maintenance."

A good family property, beautiful location and food was good. I had booked a suite room but the view wasn’t as great as expected for a suite room. Otherwise, a good place to stay with family

Nice and clean rooms...scenic location ....tasty food....however there is no lift to access the second floor rooms...no calling bell to rooms

The hotel stay at Accord highland was good , rooms are clean and well kept. The food is not good, you can go to a restaurant for breakfast which starts at 7:30 am but the staff will take another hour to set it up and most of the time you will not be served good food. We waited for 45mins just to be served dosa, At that time we could have visited Doddabetta peak and came back to the hotel.

Good Stay! The ambience is a very good and very quiet place, I loved it a lot for my honeymoon.

Excellent location and beautiful scenery near the hotel. The facilities are excellent. Only drawback is the food billing where they are charging 18% GST + 5% GST on food price, not able to get proper answer on the logic behind 18% GST.

We reached the hotel at 3:00 PM, but there were very few items available at the buffet. Despite this, we were charged ₹6,150 for four people. When we raised this issue with the hotel management, they did not provide a proper response.
