Silver Spring Cottage

Writing this review on 2nd Oct'25. 1.it's a cottage not a hotel ,ie; No Restaurant or food availability any time (can order only from swiggy or zomato). 2. No telephone in rooms to connect to reception, also I stayed for 3 days in this cottage everytime reception was empty even No one came for checkout time also. 3. There is a common Kitchen area which do not have a electric kettle only fee utensils to use and an induction. 4. Location of cottage is normal not much scenic view, but its 200m to main road.

I just visited Silver spring cottage in Ooty, and I was mesmerized to see their luxurious accommodations. Their staff behaviour is also excellent, and I would love to visit again.

Good, no food, no services, 24/7 hot water and bed that’s it. nothing more than this.. not worth for money

Stay was good and comfortable . The hotel is located near the Eye foundation Bus stop with good access to restaurants and tourist places nearby . The hotel staff were also very friendly and cooperative. The hotel also has arrangement for sight seeing at affordable costs. Overall a great stay.

It was pleasant stay other than canteen was not available in cottage. They had to order food from outside.

It's a great stay with 24 hours hot water service and clean room with this price.

The road to hotel was narrow and steep. The parking can hold 3 cars max. The rooms were average and i expected some more cleaniness. There were very less restaurants near by and they were not good. Hot water was available 24/7 but you have to let the cold water go for about 10 minutes to get hot water. Cleaniness can be improved.

The stay was good. Host was very responsive and addressed our queries/concerns immediately. Thanks for the hospitality.

Very nice place to stay with family, very friendly staff, parking a little bit difficult only 6 car only can be parked once, but staffs managing them efficiently

Near by to rose garden and botanical garden, good environment, recommend to all who want to visit with family or individual

The hotel location is good with hill view and close vicinity to market for evening shopping. As it's located near to main road, getting cabs and auto rickshaw is easy.

very nice hotel and situated in best place near rose garden .and staff also friendly nature. main thing is that low price than other hotel. and hot water 24 hour available.

The stay was not so good. The pillows were smelling bad, the room was smelling bad, didn't provide extra proper bed, only provided a mattress. Overall the experience wasn't that great.

Location is near market and tourism points. Food is not available in this hotel. Hotel stay is good and well

Silver spring cottage is average comfortable for one day stay in ootty. Rate is too height comparatively its convenience. There is no parking area for even medium vehicles.

Property is located at the heart of the city with good road connectivity, room and washroom are clean but there is limited parking space and no restaurant attached.

The stay here with my family was really awesome. The rooms were neat and clean. The staff were very helpful and calm. They helped us to do an early check in without any extra charges. Overall a nice experience.
