I found this property on google. Amenities could've been improved in terms of walls cleanliness. Food should be improved. No salt no spice.

Really felt bad and spoiled my goodwill at my friends, charged ₹300/-for one small water glass broken by mistake . They charged ₹500/-per day per room and totally charged for two rooms for three days. providing only two bottles of water per day totally I have paid with unsatisfactory

Had a pleasant stay. The complementary breakfast was good. For dinner, it would've been nice if a few more items were made available. Overall the stay was nice and we enjoyed it.

Property was nice. Decent rooms, quite spacious and cozy. But staffs were very unresponsive and not very keen on serving specially in the restaurant.

Room was good but food and service was worst food

Stay, food, and service was good. Things which can be improved are time to prepare food is too much, additional mattress and bedsheets provided were not clean.

Rooms were average. Construction work rubble left in walk way. Windows had pigeons sitting on top and pooping on the glass. Linen were stained. Some guest were smoking just outside the rooms. Not good for a relaxing stay. Chose this as no other available during peak period. However, the staff are warm and very supportive. Restaurant food and staff were great.

Some rooms were terrible. We paid a premium price for the 2 rooms, 1 was okay but the other was not. Rooms weren’t properly maintained, we had to struggle for 2 hours after checkin to get things fixed such as the water heater wasn’t working, tv remote wasn’t working, bathroom lights weren’t working. Also, the restaurant was terrible. We ordered food there but somehow the quality wasn’t great with that price. Even the receptionist was a bit rude and blaming us instead of listening to our problems we faced. Overall not satisfactory with the service provided as per the price charged.

The property is located conveniently away from the city buzz, a km from nearest market, and provides a panoramic view of the valley and city lights. The hotel staff is very professional and helpful. The room services are prompt. There is enough open space and a play area to keep kids engaged. The breakfast menu is rich though the dinner options are limited and quality leaves you wanting. Overall a nice stay at value.

Stay is good, food is good, ambience is good but rules are bad like, hot water from 6am to 9 am and bathroom is not good

1)The room alloted, had a diesel generator on right beneath the window. So window cannot be opened at any time at all 2) Restaurant service is too slow. I had to cancel my order midway since it was taking too much of time . 3) The bed was broken and had to be repaired. 4) Just for an extra quilt I had to had quite a conversation, only after that I was provided one. Overall not a good value for money. Wont recommend.

Location was good rooms were clean but service was very bad. Both services for room service we have to tell them for three to four times then they will do the work as i said them to clean my room they took whole day to do that and my room was cleaned at 5 pm. And the other service was that i ode-red some food in their resturant firstly they bring the food after an hour and then i asked for some onions and lemon they took whole half hour to serve me that after telling them 3 times and at that time i was finish with my food

The room in yantra which was given to us was near the boiler n we were getting the diesel smell always and it was difficult to open the window and door. The bedsheets were not changed to fresh ones probably and was done after request.

Well maintained property in the heart of the city. Situated away from the hustle of the city and place is extremely quiet. It is located about 2 kms away from the main road so having a vehicle to commute is necessary. Extremely friendly staff who are always ready to help. Food is extremely tasty. Staff go out of their way to serve you food based on your need. Areas of improvement - hot water timing is regulated. This can be made 24/7 considering cold climate. Also the heating is centralised so it takes almost 5 minutes for hot water to reach your room.

Our stay in ooty was a disaster. The accommodations were appalling - dirty, poorly maintained rooms with stained sheets and a musty odor. Complaints to staff were ignored, service was abysmal, and basic amenities were delayed. Facilities were misrepresented, far from the promised luxury. Overall, a nightmare experience. Avoid this place at all costs.

Must book it if you are looking for a vintage and colonial types of property in ooty this one is the best as few of the cottages are so old constructed and have a such royal feel inside. Pefect place to relax and spend time with family. Time really stops here. Due to some mismanagement we got hot water issue but the staff was so prompt they resolved it other than that it's a wonderful l experience. Awsome view in night.
