Room is not good, smelly, bed is so bad that I got back pain, adjacent restaurant food was terrible and something a bad Smell from it. Room should have some kind of room heater, its too cold, temperature gone bellow 12. Overall a very bellow average hotel.

Thank you very much for providing an opportunity to give feedback. I wish to express a few things with you.. 1. No one is ready to take responsibility..when I reach the hotel, there is no proper place to park the vehicle. When I inquired about the parking, they didn't respond. I just roamed over the city for nearly 1 hour to park the vehicle and parking it in paid parking by paying 300 extra.. 2. The room is not clean at all. Door and bathroom mats are completely worse... 3. In the bathroom sink, there is no water connection for the sink.. 4. Switch boards are completely crashed...if I switch on the power to boil the water, the whole room' s power supply will be shut down. 5. I booked 3 members for a room..they were given only one double cot. If I inquired, they provide one extra bed without cot. And that extra pillow...it's worst.simply they fill the empty pillow cover with waste and dust material..I didn't sleep overnight. 6. Bath towels and bedspread are very bad smell. I can't even breathe. 7. Not even providing toothpaste, brushes, shampoo's 8. Simply they kept the kettle..not even sugar, milk powder, coffee powder. 9. Food is not good with high cost. Finally I am feeling very bad

Location is fantastic. Facilities are a bit not upto the mark. Toiletries are very few. Room service department is not very functional. No telecom. Otherwise food is good, location is good and stay is decent

Good location ,staff behaviour good ,neat & clean wash room & bed room but is slightly small for a family for couples & one children

Hotel is in good location.. but lot if basic amenities has to be added.....room service....phone to reach reception...

Hotel room was good but in bathroom water drainage system was blocked. So I faced problems.

Room is okay, safety for family and 4 to 5 tourists place nearby hotel drinking water and hot waters are available any time. but drinking water not issue to room, self service only.

For the first time in make my trip booking experience the hotel front desk people denied to allocate rooms saying they did not receive booking from make my trip.. after calling make my trip the hotel people allocated us rooms.. no parking was provided on time.. no proper hot water facility.. poor management..

We stayed here with family and had a pleasant experience. The hotel is located in the middle of Ooty, which made it very convenient to visit nearby attractions. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, a good stay for families

The television offered only for namesake. However, these are relatively small issues compared to the overall comfort and hospitality of the short, it is a great place to stay if you value friendly staff, cleanliness, and a prime location. With a few minor improvements in service and in-room facilities, it could easily be a top choice for travelers.

Location is great. Reception was excellent. The room is found to be well maintained with good quality Bathroom. Overall, it was an excellent stay.

The hotel is located in the town itself. It was a standard room that I booked. Its condition was not suitable for a family. But when I requested from the staff, they upgraded me to a superior room. I recommend it to families. The staff was friendly. There were budget-friendly and delicious food spots near the hotel.

The parking and hot water facility is rather poor. bathroom not clean.

The facility was not good at hotel, room was not prepared with amenities after asking so many times they provide the soap only.... Bed sheet was not clean and it was terrible experience with this hotel

hotel is good ,this is centre of city but only disappointment is hot water not available on any time that only a disappoint ,so I request consider this problem but good stay

hotel was good but parking struggle is there at end hotel people toge good place to park. also staff need pre-planning before checking at the time of check-in they vacate and clean the room also bedsheet and blanket should he more cleaned.. over all its good

Hotel was at good location near to main market and botanical garden, Resturent for food is available and food quality was good but cost of food is expensive, Room cleaning is average. No car parking facility is there the hotel location is in main market.overall my experience is hotel including location , budget for booking and facility at the hotel.
