Awesome view. Neat and clean. Good is great. Service was exemplary

familyThe location and view is second to none. The whole bungalow was well kept. Neat and clean with all facilities needed to stay at a hill station. The view from master bedroom was the usp. The caretakers prem and reena were very generous and was always there for any help. Highly recommended for large groups of 10-12 people ( including kids. Can't wait to visit next time.

The property is built really well but the caretakers are least concerned about the guest and their well-being, we were not even provided with a cooker for making rice for our infants as they could not have outside food, on asking for one were told the owner needs to approve it. We had also opted for a bonfire for which we had to put the logs into the fire ourselves and were charged 2000 rs for that service. The care takers are very hostile and least interested in helping the guests out.

#noservice #nohospitality normally i don't write reviews to avoid talking negative about anyone but forced to do this to ensure people coming once we check out don't suffer for basics of things after paying premium. Price for this property which is not even worth rating single star for services ! - no extra bed sheets - no quilt - arrogant cook

Best luxury place in Ooty

A modern 4bhk villa with premium interiors and good location. We spent time in the night sitting and chit chatting in the lawn along with bonfire set up. The staff members were of great help throughout the stay and assisted us in arranging food from outside. This was the best experience we had till now in any of the ooty villas

Good property with no facilities

family5 star property with 1 star facilities, too high rate with very low amenities, power back off is only for name sake. They will not use it, they left us with no power in night for more then 6 hours, hot water was not coming properly. Owner asked extra for bone fire even after paying for 1 villa for 12 members for one day. We went with family, while booking we planned for only 12 members, later 3 of our cousins joined us. We informed them a day before only but when we are about to reach the hotel they called us and they said 3 members are not allowed. We told them that anyhow we have booked the complete villa for us we will adjust. Later they said ok but while vacating the villa they gave us the bill for just 3 extra members! Even after paying for entire villa before only. We cant find the property in google maps. Care taker is just for care taking home and not to care take guests, they will not allow us to make even tea or coffee also. No hair dryer, no caretaker, very hard to order food online. Totally its not at all value for money. Only goodness is the property is very good at nice location.
