Property is good but service is very poor. No professional person is there

Experience was very poor. Property is very nice with excellent view. But very poor service, property managed by cooks who don't understand the need of guest. No one available to help. Even the property name is wrong. You cannot reach with google map with this name. Geyser was not working. We were 7 people but there was nothing for snacks in the evening. Morning breakfast was very poor. The cook says he can make only chicken and Paratha for dinner, nothing else.
