There was no hotel by the name Grand Maayan Morning Mist at the given location. Upon arrival, we discovered that the property was operating under the name Royal MM Abode, even though both are listed with the same address The hotel staff were extremely rude and unprofessional in their behavior. During checkout, we mentioned that the rooms were not clean, with stained towels, and mold and fungus growing on the jacuzzi and office chairs. However, the staff refused to accept our feedback, which led to an argument. Shockingly, the owner used language, pushed me, Their check out time is also , it is 12:00 to 12:00 but they shall ask us to check out by 11:30 itself. They do not have restaurant in their property and no separate car parking, just need to leave it in front of a shop

sir dont try to give any false staements.u misbehaved with a owner of the property and shouted like anything in the front office and the management seek the help of the cops to sent u out which is all recorded in the CCTV footage...Also u claimed for the free stay which is not at all aceeptable and we informed this to the MMT BDM.Your check out time is 12:00 pm and u came to the property by 12:40pm after we called u...After that only u shouted for giving u a call to handover the keys.Fault is with your side and even cops told us to file a complaint agianst u....But in a courtesty part we just didnt filed it.Dont push us to file a complaint as we have a recorded proof what u did in the reception.we advise u to not to play such games for a free stay.If u cant afford to pay for a room then y u r booking a room and raising a complaint and demanding a refund.Question is if u have any complaints with a room why did u informed us at the time of check in.U started complaining only after we asked u for the room keys after the check out time.in our 20 years experience we havent seen such a dirty and nasty fellow like u..Thank u.
