Green villa was beautiful and the rooms were well maintained and had a beautiful garden which had an amazing view of the ooty train passing so overall stay was good and there is a complimentary breakfast provided and it was very tasty thank you

Nice place to stay... worth for money..

No service, no help for food only tea & breakfast served which was cold. Rooms not cleaned, one bathroom cistern not working. Staff don’t understand hindi or english only tamil. No room heater. Only blanket. In kitchen nothing is available only furniture. I had a very bad experience and the amount charged is not worth.

Green villa is an excellent location to stay! stunning view of the adjacent tea estates and the nilgiri toy train. Comfortable, tidy, and spotless rooms are usually a plus. It's a good idea to include necessities like shampoo, brush, comb, towels, and soap.

Resort was good and view as well. Campfire not provided, we were ready to pay extra. Food was good and location is safe

The place seemed new. Service was very good, the property caretaker or owner seemed very friendly and helpful. Though the location seemed distant. No nearby eateries.

Very bad service, no breakfast and no other service, i pay 14k for 2 days but not worth it totally waste of money

Host was very good, he took care of every need and very attentive and breakfast and dinner was provided all home cooked food

Green villa is an excellent property! the view from the balcony is just amazing, you can see nilgiri toy train passing by on a regular interval! the property is surrounded by tea estates, rooms are cozy, neat and clean. Few more light bulbs would have been nice. )

Flush was not working well. The staff was not very responsive. The rooms are not upto the mark. Difficult to locate the hotel

Property is very good with nice view. But locating the property is difficult as there is no sign boards and directions to reach location. No name board as green villa at location also.

Only the rooms are good, rest nothing is promised by make my trip. No restaurants, toilet facilities are poor, including the water.

Stayed for 2 days. View was good. Co operative staff. But no mess or restaurant option. Infrastructure needs little fixing such as door handle were missing n bathroom gate lock fix. I would like to rate it 3. 5/5
