This is second time with Modern Villa. Very good experience. Amnesties are better. The cost also less compare to amnesties. 24 hrs. hot water available. Good for family.

The location is near to Isha Yoga Centre and the cleanliness of the room was great. The hospitality of the people was really comforting, and we were able to get additional beds for extra cost. Overall, we had a pleasant day.

We have already given the room in very low rate but this guest was asking everything complimentary,we provide towels only if guest ask because they are miss using it(Rubbing shoes,pan masala,eye liner etc ) and we provide drinking in a room (hot or cold)and also can water available in reception always Regarding cleanliness 90% of our guest have given good reviews because we take much time and effort to keep it clean, without cleanliness it's not possible to get such good reviews
