Wonderful resort with wonderful staffs!

Excellent stay! I just want to take a moment to appreciate Mr. Umapati and Mr. Syed for their next level hospitality. The rest of the team were also very polite and helpful. Now talking about the place, it’s nothing short of perfection. Great views, good food and fun activities. We had a wonderful experience here and highly recommend it for families!

i stayed at Virgin Valley Leisure Resort for one night it was an excellent experience. thus property is beautiful and peaceful with a very good valley view. staffs were very welcoming and helpful and the service was outstanding. the stay was comfortable and relaxing, making it a memorable. i would definitely recommend this resort and love to visit again

i stayed for one night at this virgin valley resort and it was a wonderful experience. the property offers a perfect scenic view, they kindly helped me upgrade to the executive suite room, which was very spacious, comfortable, luxurious, clean and tasty breakfast. The activities were enjoyable and the staff was very welcoming and helpful. overall, a short stay but memorable stay that i would highly recommend.

We had a great experience at Virgin Valley Leisure Resort! The place is beautifully maintained, and we truly enjoyed every part of our stay. A special mention to the Ostriches and the Bird’s Kingdom – it was a unique and fun experience, especially feeding Aussie and Mozzy! The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and they made our stay even more comfortable. Also, we absolutely loved the breakfast – it was fresh, tasty, and served with a smile. First, I wish to thank the property for providing a good stay. Second, though there was a glitch on the prices (while booking, from the Resort end shown lesser price than the actual rate), there was a negotiation made and they provided a suite instead of a studio room with nice view. Third, they have included complimentary BF and sight seeing inside their premises (some extra activities without charge).

The Virgin Leisure Valley resort has a very picturesque view from its rooms due to its vantage point. It has recently started and has numerous teething problems - bathroom door lock issue ( which was resolved, but it took time), if not AC but a fan in the room is essential as during the day it is quite warm) food was good - breakfast, however didn’t come across any menu card ! The best part was that residents could access a small bird sanctuary with beautiful parrots which one can feed with their own hands to Ostriches that roam around freely with you! That was a nice experience! For the adventure lovers there is ATV and horse riding as well.
