Reaching ooty from mysore was exciting but a bit tedious by the end. It was even hard to interpret google map directions to reach the destination. For our fortune a kind lady was in charge of the villa and attended the call. She guided us to the location comfortably. Now i will list down the pros and cons pros. 1. The lady was were amicable and took care of our needs very well. 2. She prepared and served a delicious homely cuisine. 3. Herself being a traveler guided us with our tour plan. 4. Rooms were clean, tidy and comfortable. Cons. 1. When we use the term villa, it's not the same we see elsewhere, but in ooty due to its terrain and densely populated habitat such a place may be termed as a villa (in ooty. 2. With a such a huge amount of travellers and their vehicles squeezing through ooty to get a place of your expectation is pretty hard.

Property owner is good, villa is good condition, easily we can pay that amount, totally good villa, you can stay easily with family.

Nobody was responding. After confirmation they rejected our booking. Food was not there, amnesties were terrible and service was not even there

The property cannot considered as a villa. It is a two bedroom cottage only. The lawn near the property is a government property, not own by the host. There is no kettle to boil the water

Please don’t get fooled by the pictures they might deceive you. The house owner has posted a different image of the house just to attract the customers. This property is not worth that price. No proper hot water, one of the bathroom has heater coil which takes ages to heat up, no drinking water was provided. No proper blankets. This property is listed under pet friendly however, the owner said pets aren’t allowed. I had to pay 500 extra for my pet. Hilarious part was the owner argues that pet was not listed while booking. Well, there is no option to list the pet, you only choose pet friendly homes or you should remove that option and also delete the first pic. Worst experience and waste of money.
