Mango Hill Central Ooty

Overall, I had a pleasant experience. The ambience, location, and food quality were commendable. I would especially like to appreciate Mr. Arun from the food team, who consistently prepared meals with excellent taste and quality. The Mango Hill Central Ooty’s proximity to the bus stand (approximately 1 km) is also very convenient for travelers. However, I would like to bring to your attention a concern regarding the bedding arrangement. The room provided had a queen-size bed, or possibly even smaller, which was quite uncomfortable for a couple with a child. It was difficult for the three of us to sleep properly, and I faced considerable discomfort due to the limited space. sincerely request the Mango Hill Central Ooty management to consider providing more suitable bedding arrangements for families with children to ensure a more comfortable stay in the future.

Rooms' interiors, reception, restaurant and parking facility are good. Below are points where the Mango Hill Central Ooty needs to work. 1. Repair the water leakage in the rooms as well as in the washroom. 2. During peak times, improve the strength of manpower for the breakfast buffet and also maintain something to keep food warm. I felt almost every guest had problems with getting utensils or warm food.

it was a pleasant stay at the Mango Hill Central Ooty. we travelled as tourists with our friends. The rooms were good. Breakfast & Dinner was also good. The staff was humble. We enjoyed our stay and will recommend others too. Parking facility is also there

good facility good staff not so good for food location is best room heaters provided some activities to play like chess and carom extra beds were provided at no extra cost good 2 day stay avoid weekends

we got this property by make my trip app. whatever they have mentioned was not available .The food was horrible and the service as well.they haven't managed food services. breakfast is good.

The location and facilities are good, but a bit disappointing at the food section, if breakfast and dinner are improved then all are good there...

It was a wonderful stay throughout, well maintained rooms, excellent food, good service all round.

The room was good, clean and cozy. Staffs were polite but the only issue was there was no tea/coffee service or at dinner there was nothing for vegetarians
