Everything was great…. This my 6th or 7th visit to this property… calm atmosphere, where you feel its away from main town. But its near ooty main centre only… food was great and kind caretaker… Overall a good Experience

The Bouganvilla, Ooty 🌸 Our stay at The Bouganvilla in Ooty was absolutely wonderful! The property itself is beautiful and peaceful, but what truly made our experience special was the people. The manager was incredibly helpful and attentive, and the old guy who is the caretaker along with the entire staff were so warm and friendly they made us feel like home. Every little detail was taken care of with such kindness. It felt less like a hotel stay and more like being welcomed into someone’s home. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Ooty! 💖

We stayed for 4 days and had a very pleasant & memorable stay !. The breakfast served was sumptuous and tasty. We even tried the chef cooked dinner and was very homely food. Mr.Snethil & Mr.Jagadish are doing a great job out there, making sure all the needs of the guests are fulfilled. Care taker Mr.Ravi & the chef 👨🍳 are very friendly and always made sure we left the dinning hall with full stomach!

Overall experience was good. The hotel at Coorg changes the room without prior notification and told that did not convey them the phone number of customer. Rest was Ok.

Cost is very high for the room provided to us and in advertising showing different image and in reality its completely different. Food is not that great for complimentary - worthless.
