no electricity and no hot water no response from host but caretaker is good to help but rooms are clean n good view and value for money in group trip .. but no electricity and hot water and also no wifi, in such a cool weather it was impossible to use normal water in ooty

Property is situated around 5 km from station. The room mentioned on mmt was different from the one that was allocated. It was bhk house. But the view from room was good facing valley. There is a restaurant adjacent (tulips. Food was okay. Ramesh owner was very nice and friendly. Caretaker re-xi took care of anything that was needed. Overall it was pleasant stay.

familyThe hotel is situated in a good place, the road to the hotel is a little tricky, please get the directions from the host. They did not provide a cook, though it was mentioned in the booking, the restaurant below is pathetic, better order swiggy/zomato. They did not even provide water, soap, or shampoo, tv was not working, the supervisor (rexy) was friendly.

I am my self yuvraj jayaraman from chennai i am staying with family like a 3 days 3 nights. Mr. Re-xi the host is good person and polite breakfast is gud and everyday same menu got bored restaurants food was spoiled but still serving window are all open need to be fully covered when i book the hotel photo shows there is air conditioning and balcony when i reach is not available then i didn't get any argument i keep silent bcoz i don't want to spoil my vacation mode. Room was smells like store room there is no air freshener. Soap shampoo towel dental kit as per booking. Thy providing at next day. Morning wifi is gud tv channels need to be increase as per child watching my two child also got bored while we are staying at room thanx this is my fair review of resort but everything is true.
