I recently concluded a wonderful four-day stay at the Venus Cottages, and I can confidently say it exceeded my expectations. From the moment I checked in, the experience was seamless and highly comfortable. 🧹 Impeccable Cleanliness and Maintenance (5/5) The hotel's dedication to cleanliness and maintenance was truly the standout feature. The entire property, from the lobby and common areas to the elevators and hallways, was spotless. My room was pristine upon arrival and maintained to the highest standard throughout my stay. The bathroom was immaculate, with sparkling fixtures and fresh towels. It was clear that the housekeeping staff takes great pride in their work, and the attention to detail in keeping the facilities well-maintained contributed significantly to a relaxing and worry-free experience. There were no signs of wear and tear anywhere, making the hotel feel almost brand new. 🛌 Comfort and Amenities The room itself was spacious, thoughtfully designed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. 🛎️ Service and Staff The staff were consistently professional, warm, and highly attentive. I had a very bad experience. I cannot recommend this room to my family. The room I was given was not the one I booked. Furthermore, the heater is not working, there is no TV, and there is no soap in the bathroom.

Our one-night stay at Venus Holiday in Ooty on October 25th was quite disappointing due to a significant lack of basic amenities and a failure to provide the room as booked. We had specifically booked a room for three friends, requiring one big bed and one extra bed mattress. Upon checking in, we were only provided with the big bed and the essential extra mattress was completely missing, which was a major inconvenience for the third guest. Furthermore, the room lacked very basic and necessary toiletries. We did not receive any soap or towels, which is unacceptable for any hotel stay, regardless of the price point. The absence of the prepaid extra bed mattress and the complete neglect of fundamental amenities like soap and towels significantly negatively impacted our comfort and experience. I urge the hotel management to address these issues promptly to ensure future guests do not face the same problems.

The room is good and clean. Hot water is available from 6:30 AM to 12 PM. After that, you get mildly hot water in the evening through a solar water heater. However, there is no room heater.

Overall Nice 🤩... but no restaurant nearby, u have to order through zomato... Nice people in Reception helpful

We had booked 2 rooms. Clean neat room . enjoyed the stay. Service from people there was so polite. Warm quilts were offered. Have an individual room for dining. Kitchen service was there. The staff were so kind . I went with my 2 kids and never faced any issues. Hot water was available 6am to 12pm

Good view and good staff and near to public transport

Stay at Venus Holiday Home was so good which is near to Ooty Market. Room was very clean. Hot water facility is there for both drinking and bathing. The only thing we was expecting hot water for bathing 24hrs but they are providing only from 6am to 12pm but it's ok for us. Room Staff were so kind to us. We enjoyed there a lot. So thank you for the service

Actually we liked the room a lot its clean and neat but there is sound coming on the bed that became a slight irritation but otherwise felt comfortable and enjoyed a lot

The property is in a isolated road and hence peaceful. Rooms were neat and clean. Good place for family as well as group travellers

"I stayed here for a couple of nights. The location is convenient and the staff were generally polite. The room was tidy, though the interiors felt a little dated. Breakfast had a fair spread but nothing outstanding. Wi-Fi was usable but not very fast. Overall, it’s a reasonable hotel for the price, suitable for short stays, though there’s room for improvement."
