Hotel says free wifi available, but it doesn't work. Hotel provides TV, intercom in the room, but TV doesn't work due to network issues. Intercom provided but not working. Several more issues. Average hotel.

The staff are polite, the room is good, and the location is also good. The room is so spacious as expected. The lodge is very close to the botanical garden and rose garden. And also auto stand opp to sanjay hotel. 24 hours hot water provided. drinking water available in 1st floor. iam giving my rating 4.5/5.

overall good experience slightly higher cost but the stay worthy. wifi speed is slow and electricity is going down regular and generator starts it takes around 1 minute it's annoying.

Very nice stay option at the heart of the Town

Location: At the important junction of the Ooty town. Botanical, Rose Garden are at walkable distance. Everything essential are very much within reach. Food: The hotel also has a restaurant though the food was not that great. However, options for food are plenty and same goes if you looking to buy something. Rooms: Rooms are decently sized, well maintained, neat a clean. Bathrooms have running hot and cold-water connection. 4 bedroom was enough to accommodate a family of 4. Hotel provides clean towels and soaps. Service: Service is also decent; Ramesh is just a call away. Hot & cold filtered drinking water is available on request. Other: Downside, being next to a busy junction noise is high and the hotel doesn't have a lift.

Lift facility is not available. As ooty is a cold place the should give hot water facility all the time only morning 3hrs and night 3 hrs only the providing Hot water in bathroom. if we want start early we not able to bath or we have to wait till the on water heater
