Room was good. Hot water switched off post 10 am. If asked they switch it on. No proper room service..No water provided. First floor so called restaurant stinks with flies. Positives are located in city center . 1600 per day is overpriced for the service they provide. overall average

WORST RUDE HELPER IN THE HOTEL . WORST MAINTENANCE IN THE HOTE

no lift. biggest issue. we need to go 3 stairs by foot . one elder helper in the hotel is very rude. his behaviour is the worst. did not treated us as guest . Behaved liked rude and back talking on us while we walking away from them. UNCLEAN TOILETS, NO MAINTENANCE, TV NOT WORKING, WHEN WE CALLED TO FIX THE TV, NO RESPONSE FROM RECEPTION. NIGHTMARE HOTEL IN TOWN. WORST EXPERIENCE AND worst hotel in OOTY

Hotel is average it's in middle of city so location is good they provide one travel agency service for local sight seeing which is very very poor bus driver was very rude his driving is very harsh very unprofessional he dropped us in the middle of road where we couldn't get any other vechile also.
