No discount from makemy trip. If I booked hotel directly I would have save Rs 600. It’s stinks when I came outside hotel due to sevage water flowing near hotel

First of all, I would like to thank the hotel team for accommodating our late-night check-in around 11:00 PM. However, I would like to share a few points that could be improved for the comfort of future guests: We had booked a Super Deluxe Room, but upon check-in, there was no drinking water, no towels kept in the room, and the Wi-Fi connection was very poor. The next day, we had to shift from the Super Deluxe Room to a Deluxe Room as no spare Super Deluxe room was available. The facilities in the Deluxe room were comparatively limited. After settling in, we noticed several issues — the toilet flush and basin were leaking, there was no shaving mirror, no air freshener, and no TV remote control in the room. The restaurant charged more than the printed rate on the menu card. Room cleaning service was not carried out during our stay. We left the room around 10:00 AM and were informed that cleaning is done after 10:30 AM. When we requested cleaning, the receptionist asked us to deposit the room key, which was inconvenient as our belongings were inside. All these issues were brought to the attention at the reception, who courteously offered another Super Deluxe room. However, we declined since repeated shifting was difficult and time-consuming. We also wished to discuss these concerns directly with the owner, but unfortunately, our timings did not match. On the second day, the breakfast was not ready by 8:00 AM, as earlier committed. Please take these points as constructive feedback for improvement, so that future guests can have a smoother and more comfortable stay.

The hotel room was not cleaned properly. There was a lot of dust on the windows, curtains, bed, and pillows. My kids suffered from dust-related infection. I had booked the room for 3 nights, but I stayed only 1 night. The next morning, I checked out early because of the bad smell coming from the room. I lost the amount I paid for the remaining 2 nights.

pathetic experience, I have never seen such bad hotel in life, they show something online and give something else. you will even not get tea in morning, window of rooms are so bad that of rain of wind comes whole window create bad scarring notice.
