I had a great stay at the property! The location was very convenient and easily accessible. Rooms were clean and well-maintained. The food was delicious with good variety. The staff was courteous and helpful throughout. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Highly recommended!

pathetic experience, I have never seen such bad hotel in life, they show something online and give something else. you will even not get tea in morning, window of rooms are so bad that of rain of wind comes whole window create bad scarring notice.

Sagar Residency Hotel should be removed from the search list of MMT, MMT has overpriced me for this hotel . Worst experience

First Experience in oot
Room provides only hot water from 7Am-10 Am and restaurant service is very slow but food taste good. TV not in working condition.

Good location with mountain train view
Location wise its placed at centre of the city like railway station and bus stop which is on postieve side. Hot water timinings are only between 7 AM - 10 AM. Which anywhere not mentioned in booking. Broken tiles in bathroom, floor, no lock door (out) in bathroom , cleanliness is negative side. There is scope for improvement. No lights in wardrobe area and requested for extra bed which is also not provided when asked they have showed the couch itself as bed which is near to glass window. Food is ok but cross the finger you dont have option when rooms are not booked fully.

Extremely disappointing experience at Hotel Saphire Garden View, Ooty. The room was in a terrible condition — unclean, with a foul, unbearable smell. The bathroom was so unhygienic that it made us feel nauseous. We couldn’t sleep the entire night, but unfortunately had no other option at the time. This was our first trip to Ooty, and because of this unpleasant stay, we don’t feel like visiting the place again. Strongly advise others to avoid this hotel. We have both video and photo evidence to back our experience.
