I had a lovely stay at this A2B Residency Ooty. The location is highly convenient, making it very easy to get around. I was impressed by the excellent hygiene standards and felt completely safe and secure throughout my visit. The only minor letdown was the complimentary breakfast buffet, it was just average. It wasn’t bad, but the food tasted ordinary. Overall, it is a wonderful place to stay, and I would gladly return!

We found this as the last option on a long weekend, and we were not disappointed. The stay was in a prime location, comfortable, neat, and clean. We were really happy with the overall experience. I don’t want to give negative feedback, but the complimentary breakfast management was a little messy. Other than that, everything else was good.

room is kept very neat and clean. spacious room with open balcony. toilet is very clean. service is quick responding. food at restaurant is delicious. restaurant is big enough but packed with daily tourist. Hotel at centre place of Ooty commercial road. Owo som stay experience at A2B Ooty.

Located at heart of the city, room ambience is good and suitable for families. There is open parking space available at back which is convenient. The room service needs to be improved like providing room heater to each room and to include more options in the complimentary breakfast.

Property is in a prime area, which was easy to access, food was good as always, amenities and services were okay. The main problem was the parking area and wait time for service in the A2B Residency Ooty area to take order or to get a seat.
