Easy to reach from bustand. Clean Rooms. Very good experience at the reception

Very bad experience. Rooms were dirty and had a strong bad smell. Housekeeping was very poor. Plug points were damaged and not repaired. No car parking — I had to park outside and my car got damaged. Totally not worth the money. Not safe or healthy to stay here. Avoid this hotel.

we reached to midnight there is not responding for reception. and room is not clean ...,,.............

The room was not clean, and the building is quite old. I noticed peeling paint and cracks in several areas inside the room. Hot water is available only once a day for just two hours, from 7 to 9 in the morning. To make matters worse, they don’t even provide basic amenities like towels and soap. The reality of this hotel is completely different from the images shown . I strongly advise against booking this hotel.

Based on the pictures I have booked for my friend but the room was worst and horrible,please make sure that you don’t cheat customers by keeping luxurious kind of pictures.

It was a comfortable and punctual ride. The driver contacted me throught with to clear the location confusion.

I just stayed for a few hours as in a transit journey however people are good and service is on time.

The stay was good. Nice service. Especially hot water in morning. My day is fresh. Staff was polite and very co operative

Rooms are spacious and we'll maintained. Rooms was cleaned as well. Staff are good and helpful. They have good parking space also. In restaurant food was amazing, awesome. We loved it especially gobi manchurian must try.

The hotel property doesn't have proper lift and car parking. We need to walk all the way to your rooms. The hot water is only for 60 mins if missed u need to argue with the guy. I was trying to reach the support staff in the early morning around 6 am no buddy was available and all the numbers went unanswered.

The present condition of the rooms is terrible. No proper maintenance. The rooms are only worth for rs. 500 or 600. these poorly maintained rooms. The bed was dirty, chairs were torn, doors are broken. Water flow in the pipes is poor. Attached are the images along with this. The funniest fact is that you will get hot water only from morning 7 am to 9 am. At this brain freezing cold at Ooty they are not even providing hot water to bath. There was no proper ventilation in the room. Felt like suffocating. The next day I asked for a room change and they showed me another room. But that too is similar in condition, an is smaller that the present one. The parking space was so congested. I parked my car at the roadside during our stay. The only plus i noted was the behaviour of the staffs. They were good and polite.

Property miss basic amenities. Hot water is provided only between 7. 30 am to 9 am in the morning. Post that you should freeze in a climate like ooty. Cleanliness of the room should be seriously considered. Day to day room cleaning is lacking. Restrooms are pathetic. Doesn't worth for the price.
