Nahar's Residency Hotel

No hot water 24/7 and few hours only we get hot water only Tamil channels in TV we are completely bored No complementary breakfast And that too room is cost expensive

Room was neat and clean car parking is my only concern

waste of money...no proper cleaning in rooms...no proper response from the reception...not good behavior....no hot water provided...overall it's not good to stay at this hotel

No proper response from the reception, they gave us a room. Which was actually a guest room. If we book on the app why they are this much irresponsible towards they customers. This is a bad experience. Next time want to travel with all the friends and there families. So if any one is going to ooty and want to book any hotel from aap. Don't do it.

Most dirtiest and smelly hotel that i have ever seen. They don't even have staff to clean the bathroom or even anything. Sheets were dusty and dirty. Not recommended at all

Need to improve the decor, room service & reception. Restaurant food is very bad for money paid, tasteless, cold & bland. The rooms are not worth what i paid at present condition rs. 1, 500 is max one can pay.

Reception staff behavior is very bad.

What ever things were mentioned was not there no geyser, no hair drier and room was smelling. Nothing in the room was good. And restaurant person forgets my order at night. No telecom in room no room service

Its nice its clean but still its should improve nice service its in a market very near to bus stand near by jain temple you will get all products near by

Paise Kam lag rhe aur hotel Sundar hai jo photos mein dikha rhe..please yeh dekh ke mat jaana. Boht ghatiya experienced thi. Switch board saare kharab rakhte room ke yeh Jaan boojh kr aur kehte bathroom ke switch se phone charge Karo. The staff here was extremely rude. You will feel very UNSAFE here. Please don't take this hotel. Saare staff bohot gande hai. They don't provide anything, not even kettle and not even water. They don't clean your room, even after asking them to do for 4 times. The AC doesn't work. na hi yeh theek krwa rahe hai. Meri Puri trip barbaad krdi inhone.

Its decent hotel in ooty main bazar but some of the issues we faced like telephone not working lights not working and also food quality worst and expensive.

The manager is so rude and terrible service. Rooms are not clean and toilet is so bad. I had to book somewhere else for the stay.

From the booking till checkout the behavior of the hotel staff was rude and un professional. There was always electrical wiring or mcb tripping problem throughout the stay. After complaining also there was no action. For any guidance and suggestions receptionist was totally bad behavior and mentally unfit for job.

Kettly not provided as mentioned in hotel booking. Telephone was not working. Roor service and resturent service was very slow. No proper food was available for kids

Nahar residency was close to the market place, since travel-ling was easy. Near to boat house, bus stand & botanical, rose garden. Overall good accommodation.
