Golden Larch Comfort

The room was clean and comfortable, with everything neatly arranged. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Tea and coffee were available, which was a nice touch. The hotel was also in a great location, close to all the main attractions in Ooty.

We stayed for 3 days. Hot water is not available for 24 hrs. It will be available only from 6 to 10 am. Distance form ooty bus stop is about 1 to 1. 5 km. Overall it will be above average for couples.

The property is around 1 km from the bus station. One can easily find the hotel location. There is no restaurant in the hotel. Overall average hotel for budget travelers

Rooms are ok. It is situated 1. 5kms from bus stand towards mysore road. Hot water facility is limited timings.

It’s good stay with basic amenities. Acceptable cleanliness. Staff is good too. Overall got what i paid for.

I went with my family and it was a super stay at the hotel, all food cafe and restaurants are near by. The staff was very good and helpful.

It is located in the heart of the city. Maintaince wise need to improve. We ware facing wi-fi issue. Food and all very closureby we can get good shops. But maintaincewise we have to ask every thing including soup, shampoo, wi-fi, water and towel, which i fill not good. If they should focus all this thing then i will give 5/5.

I have stayed with my family for 3 days. The accomodation is neat and clean. Staff is supportive. There is a small kitchen for minimal cooking from our end (if needed. The hotel is near to few restaurants so food is not a problem.

Pillows dirty hot water not available for 24 hrs that one drawback hotels not near by its. So walk 1 km for restaurant. Only 1 towel they gave. We're booked for 3 members. Pillow not provided. Otherwise service ok

Location of the hotel was good. It was near bus stand and railway station. Rooms were spacious but lacks basic amenities like electric kettle, water bottle and telecom. Some of the lights in the room were not working. To use geyser you need to call reception as switch are present there. Overall it was average stay given the price we paid.

I was given room in golden larch residency backside property though i had booked golden larch comfort. Both are near by only. Room was good and clean. If you are looking for just room and not other services like food, daily housekeeping, toiletries other than soap and towel, go for it. There are 4-5 good restaurants available near by. I stayed 3 days, no housekeeping was provided. Only tea is available as room service.
