Hotel Nahar Nilgiris

Overall the experience was average. The room facility can be better. Food was good. The location is good. The washroom was not up to mark. The flush was not working properly.

location is at prime center. Even food is great but prices are little bit higher side .room are clean but toilet they have to improve

Property is near to a good location with Market at centre. Further, they are providing all facilities. If internal furnishing can be done again in room since many items are older one then it will be great

The overall stay was very nice. The location of the hotel is very good for ease of access to the nearby market. The restaurant variety in the hotel's premises is excellent and very good food quality. There was no need to go to any other hotel for food.

The hotel experience was great nice staff

All was good . 2 senior citizens n 2 supper senior citizens . We had to take both the rooms on 2 nd floor with out lift . Other that this the experience was good. Good people . Ty

Decent stay - convenient location, many options for food nearby but busy. Prone to traffic jams. Facilities are adequate - hot water supply could be improved.

Nahar ooty - best to stay with family- good room service- excellent- regarding food - pure vegetarian- South Indian food - all delicious- very safety - good car parking- fantastic to stay - very near to all places- thanks

only bed is up to mark. initially on day one water was very muddy later in the evening water was clear. The hotel seems to be neat but i didn't like the service and was also average. all i could taste was heavy masala n spice.

The room was provided on the ground floor like basement, no room heater, no proper hot water, no toiletry, very tight parking, no sleepers no compliment water bottle, seems like very old property and most annoying everyone staff are running for tip.. even for a small task they asking tip and in chandan restaurant the waiter guy was so rude after not provided enough tip. so disappointed. The property location is proper. Rooms were great with all said amenities. The staff is humble and so calmly replies. Breakfast was so delicious. Everything was great. Loved it Looking forward to visiting again.

We paid 6000 for one room but we didn't not get service like that I have never seen that any hotel is not providing water properly....even the towel which was given was torn...bathroom kit was not there ...staff was also rude especially present at the reception

Heritage hotel at the hart of Ooty. Walkable distance to botanical garden and market. Excellent place to stay. Pure veg restaurant lot of South Indian , North Indian and Jain food. Lot of eateries near by.

No any basic facility provided as compared to other hotel.

The stay was much enjoyed, highlighting in goodness of the garden restaurant ,cleanliness, staff friendliness, comfortable rooms, and convenient amenities. the hotel's location had ease of access to all the placed, and the overall had a great experience.

Hotel rooms from inside are clean, but balconies are not clean and hot water is available only in morning and evening for a time duration.

Great locality...good restaurant...provides hot water during the morning and evening hours...room service is not good...they didn't clean the rooms everyday...only after check out, they cleaned it...tv was working...
