We had dinner on their rooftop restaurant that was also good and the complimentary breakfast what they provide is also very good in taste as well as quality. Surely i will recommend this place for my friends, family and whoever asks me a suggestion for a stay near to railway station. Walkable distance to railway station. Staffs with welcoming attitude.

businessDont book complimentary lunch/dinner in this hotel. I booked hotel with above said offer and the name complimentary just name only that all you we know we are paying extra money. We two people checked in 13 sep 23. And went for lunch. That time only they saying its limited. And not giving food for the amount . And its feel very bad to us. Actually we just ordered food two. That time they said it comes about . Extra 200 i have to pay. Matter is not paying 200 extra. But once they said complimentry then after saying like this is hurting. Even i stayed in madurai also. But they not asked like this. But now i dont know. So be careful l

The bathrooms in ratna residency does not have a working exhaust fans. No dustbin, and toilet paper provided in the main entrance lobby rest room or in the rooms. Ok for a quick stay. But would not recommend if planning to stay in the room for long. No hot water available at all times. Had to call and request to turn the hot water geyser centrally. Water bottles were not kept daily as complimentary.
