easy to find property location. worst property to stay. The rooms look very old and not maintained. beds are not at all comfortable. wifi not worked. GST bills not provided. For a price of 2300, worst place to stay. room worth 500 per night only

worst rooms don't book . don't suffer with disease

no word to say humble request not recommend this property to any kind of guest . worst bathroom , damaged window ,fan in slow condition ,entire wall is spillled my pan masala . bedsheet too dirty , no basic needs there no even 5 %diffencr between the image shown in make my trip and actual place stayed in room number 208 ,209 both room in worst condition complaint in reception they had given 307 which more worst then 208 not cleaned the room might be 1 year not sure . full of cockroach and windows in broken condition .worst team don't belive positive review in any portal.

Very bad experience, booked an AC room , but they gave me a non AC room. They said they wouldn't give me an AC room. They said they wouldn't give me my cash back. There was a commotion, finally they gave me an AC room. But they gave me a room that wasn't cleaned, and the bathroom pipe was broken and dirty water was leaking into the bedroom. Money gone, sleep gone

Poor Stay

The property is being renovated and so no proper facilities. The place is not clean and when I reached the room there was no TV connection and hot water. I had complained at the front desk but nothing happened till I reached at night. I had demand to make things to be completed. Would not stay next time and recommend for any one.

Don’t stay until renovated

Only location was good. Room was not ready even at 2pm, was made to wait for 40 minutes before check in. Hotel lift, telephone, geyser was not working. Hotel under renovation with no proper barricade or cover. Gave a appearance that i am checking into a booth bungalow.

I have booked the standard rooms in the metro park inn hotel with the charge of 2700. However looking at the room conditions that is worth of not a 1000 rupees. Let me list ratings worth of money 0/5 safety 0/5 reception 3. 5/5 room conditions 1/5 ambience 1/5 safety is very big major issue there if you are business purpose travel don't get foolish by rating. The rooms are pathetic where you don't have enough light. All the swith board are not working. The ceiling in the room is fully damaged. I request of hotel to consider the repairs and management.

Ac didn't work, water heater didn't work, poor room lights, nonbath towels, soaps or dental care. 2500rs wasted on a 3rd class hotel. When questioned on the irregularities, once simple answer, hotel is being renovated.
