Mount Hotel

The room was not so clean, beds and bed spreads weren't looking washed. TV and all was there but of no use since they weren't in working condition. The charging points weren't also not well equipped and one has to really struggle for getting ones phone charged. Over all it was not so good an experience if one take into account the amount I was charged.

It was an horrible stay, only satisfaction receptionist are friendly manner, nothing else was fine. No intercoms, no proper Lenin's, no proper ventilation, lift light was not working, they have to improve a lot. Make my trip should avoid such kind of hotels from there website.

The hotel is decent for a low budget outlooker - don't expect much from the hotel apart from the stay. - hot water not available directly. -can be more cleaner. - staff is good and responds of asked for anything though.

Location wise better. It's located in city centre and there was no problem to shop, hotels everything.. Near to railway station central bus stand. Room cleanliness and services super.. Both families and couples can stay here.

That was very nice stay in this hotel. The room was good and value for money hotel manager behaviour was also good. Hotel is situated in a very good area. But there is a problem of traffic jam. Otherwise all thing is okey.

Temporary single day stay at low price, otherwise its of no good use. So only single person travelling can see to it. Couple and family not recommended, rude staff with no piece of responsibility. No food available.

As we entered the hotel for check in person at reception said they haven't received any confirmation from Makemytrip. And made us waited for hours and then gave the room. Service is very poor and very late.

Good and comfortable to stay .. Location and cost wise was better. It was a wonderful experience for us .. I recommend to who are all looking for hotels to choose your hotel. It was so satisfactory for us. Thank you.

Hotel location is not to the satisfactory part as no hotel for eating, smells outside. But the behaviour from the staff including Manager was better than anyone. Only problem is I want to continue staying up to tomorrow but they charged 990 from me today morning when I asked them to extend my staying till tomorrow.

Rooms are small but better for this price.. No bedbugs and no bad odour (big relief).. Service is not bad.. If you want to crash for one night.. For a comfortable price... Worth to try... This is 1. 5 to 2 km from Coimbatore railway station... Overall not bad type.

The hotel was located nearby railway station. It was an old hotel. I had booked the room by online. There was no delay in check-in and check-out. The food quality was good. The overall service was. Overall fantastic.

I have stayed their two days. But nobody come to clean the room and the telephone is not working. The receptionist is behave well. It is very easy to access. The restaurant and shopping area is very near.

That's good location in our business area. Five problems in hotels one of towels are not properly a ironing & shower is not in good condition. Otherwise all is OK. Staff is very supportive and helpful.

Room was okay for the cost. Location is very prime which is easy accessible to all parts of the city in a shorter time. Facilities were okay, intercom may be repaired... Overall, a decent hotel and a decent stay.

Hotel is very good at her reasonable price. Okay for a business trip. They can make it a little better, but none the less, it's not a bad deal at all. I visit here often and it's quite satisfactory. Very friendly staff.

They charged me the extra money for my father to stay with me. They charged almost same amount of additional money, I booked. Staff is rude and money minded. They did not give bill for extra charge.

We booked an a/c dormitory but at first they gave a very bad non ac room. After fighting we got an ac room but without bathroom. Again we complained then they gave us a suit room and told there is no other ac dormitory available. There were only 2 bed coats inside. They gave two additional but required to find the floor. In all aspects the hotel was not worth the money which I spent.

Heater was not available in bath room, we stayed for one night only.
