Thank you for your valuable response. Yes during summer ie peak season rates are high rather double. We have mentioned the room size with sq feet and photos of the room with amenities provided. There's no mention of ac and fan to be highlighted. Regarding cleanliness we shall certainly improve. Thanks.

I am ok with the stay but, the space of room is very low then my expectation by the picture uploaded. Hot water availabilitie is only at the allotted time that is to be change in future.

Clean & cozy property with ample parking space (3 cars) it is located close to the city center. To approach the property there is a steep slope with single lane road. The staff is polite and helpful.
