RADISSON BLU COIMBATORE

I wanted to share some feedback regarding our recent experience. Unfortunately, most of the food items we received last night. Since we were hungry, we tried eating a little, but soon realized the quality was not good. We were also quite tired and did not have the energy to discuss the matter further at that time. We informed the manager, who kindly asked us to wait for fresh food. However, as we wanted to rest, we couldn’t wait and ended up leaving more than half of the food untouched. My wife, for example, left nearly 70% of her meal. Despite this, we were billed in full. When I mentioned this during billing, the staff checked with the manager, but the bill was not adjusted. In addition, while the room itself is spacious and comfortable, it was unfortunately dusty and did not appear to be cleaned properly. We sincerely hope you take this feedback constructively, as we truly appreciate your hospitality and would love to see improvements in both food quality and room maintenance.

Rooms are clean and Good, The TV was not working and no one responded to our complaints. The food quality did not match the price, and driver accommodation was not provided. Overall, it was just an average stay.

I have booked 2 rooms with king size bed through MakeMyTrip but was given twin bed. The reason given was rooms not available. Further bathrooms were not upto mark

The lobby and common areas were maintained well. However the rooms showed to me had stains on the floor and tiles. The toilet seat needs to be replaced. The non veg food seemed average for a 5 star hotel. Lot of repetitions as well in the dishes

Stay was very comfortable and very good staff. Food was excellent and the area is very calm. Room facilities excellent.

Best location, the lady at the reception who checked in had a very good promotional skills and food is great only service was slow. Breakfast also awesome. Certainly value for money. 👍💐

Great location, courteous staff, Gopal and Januka at Seasons restaurant were very friendly and went out of their way to make us comfortable, especially my baby. Chef Mani gave us excellent food too! We appreciate them all, and thank Feba for the toy for our baby..

Good room and food. The stay was pleasant and the food quality was very good. However, the room was slightly uncomfortable because the bathroom door did not close properly. Overall, I would rate my experience 4 out of 5.

We stayed for one night. 2 superior rooms. The hotel is undergoing renovation, hence the rooms are not in top notch condition. Some of the facilities, such as the gym was also not functional. But hospitality and food and beverages was very good. We had dinner and the spread was a nice mix of north and south Indian cuisines. Breakfast was also very good. Overall satisfied.
