Room location was awesome. Easy access to Airport and hospital etc... but toilet was damaged and hotwater not came properly suddenly water was over heat and some times cold

The stay was pretty Good and the staff was also fine. The room was not that good for the price but it was fine.

*A Nightmare Stay – Avoid at All Costs!* I rarely write reviews, but this experience was so appalling I feel compelled to warn others. This hotel was an absolute disaster from start to finish. • *Zero Hospitality:* The staff were indifferent at best and downright rude at worst. No greetings, no assistance, and certainly no sense of responsibility. Every request was met with either silence or a shrug. • *No Basic Amenities:* Forget luxury—there wasn’t even consistent access to water or electricity. Showers were impossible with dry taps, and power outages were frequent and prolonged. It felt like camping in a rundown building rather than staying in a hotel. • **Filthy Conditions:* The room was dirty, the bathroom was worse, and common areas looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. Dust, stains, and a lingering smell made it unbearable. • *No Accountability:* Complaints went unheard. Calls to reception were ignored, and when we did manage to speak to someone, they offered no solutions—just excuses. *This place should not be in business. It’s not just poorly managed—it’s completely neglected. If you value your time, money, and sanity, stay far away.*

very bad experience... very unhygienic... bathroom is not clean... bedsheets and other things not washed...

AC doesn't work properly. Nobody is there to help luggage. Not a perfect room service, it's okay, okay, kind of

It was a okayish type stay. Well located but the staffs in restaurant were rude and rooms were too small. AC was running through out the day but the room remained warm. Idk why.

The cleanliness of the room , bathroom and towels billows are so dirty. From the reception there approach are very careless and they don't bother. Water bottles are not provided by the hotel .. The room smell was very bad.. Finaly the stay is not worth for money what I have paid.

The bathroom was very small Room service poor Food comes from a nearby restaurant with immediate payment every time the quality of tea coffee is tasteless Even after giving full payment in advance they asked to deposit 500 extra while checkout they have only 400 in cash so returned only 400 । Terrible stay

Reception staff and Manager where so harsh , he was rude to everyone and lot of fights with him from all customers. We need to fight for anything we want even when we are ready to pay. Worst experience. Better to look for somewhere peaceful.

Room small and bad, no boy for luggage and not provided lunch and dinner in buffet, just he given a cup rice two Currys only and not good I never recomond this one

Our stay at Hotel Gowtham was truly wonderful. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the room was spacious, clean, and well maintained. The food was excellent, and the room service was quick and efficient. Thank you for the great hospitality

I have booked this property for 2 days. I'm good with cleanliness and amenities. But I've a small issue with outside noise, because it is present near the road even though I've booked an AC room with closed windows. I would like to share some feedback based on my experience. Overall, my stay was satisfactory. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and the staff were polite and helpful. The room was clean and had the basic amenities I needed. However, I did experience a few inconveniences. The Wi-Fi not connect I believe there is room for improvement, and I hope the management will take these points into consideration for future guests. Thank you for your hospitality.
