Room was very average though I opted for single occupancy they were very keen in giving the interconnected room. Couldn't sleep peacefully very noisy and throughout the night there were someone disturbing in the adjacent room. Opening and closing the door which would be very clearly heard inside the room. The Bathroom lock was not available I dint taste the breakfast so I'm not sure about the taste of the food. Overall I dint have secure feel on staying there.

Very poor service and no lock for bathroom door . Before giving to customer please check all the things properly and allot the room

The experience with this hotel is average. This hotel is not maintained well. AC was not working, upon complaint, they changed the room. Breakfast timings starts from 8:00, No cleaning of rooms on daily basis, , only cleans when customers complain.

No internet, no clean towel, cleanliness at bad level. The ac was not functional

Air conditioning was not working. Though they changed the room. In both rooms ac has issues. Cockroaches everywhere hotel admin was totally absent room was so small that it could not accommodate the third bed at all. When we checked out at 4am, hotel staff were sleeping in the front office and we had to wake-up one of them and return the room key

Not so clean. Lobby area was very smelly. Bad maintenance. Basic bathroom sanitary kit not provided.

This hotel doesnt accept mm t bookings, advise customers not to book through this portal, despite making payment and having voucher was not given room

Good room service, they provide delicious breakfast, roof top restaurants with bar well created, staff are nice behavior with us

When i arrived at hotel and showed them the mmt booking, they were clueless. They told me that the rooms are full. They called someone and confirmed the booking and then they arranged a room for us. The room was not in good condition, ac was not working. We complained about this and initially they keep telling that the rooms are full. We wanted to visit adi yogi and we were returning to hotel in night so we asked the receptionist to arrange different room till we return back to hotel. Upon returning to hotel at 9. 30 pm they still did nothing. We complained and asked for different room and finally at 11 pm they handover the key of different room which was in good condition. The staff lacks professionalism.

I had a excellent stay and the food was very good in their restaurant. I loved the stay at mahis gateway

I gave 4 rating because the flight was double rescheduled from bengaluru to coimbatore so i was forced to take a flight at 5am to reach coimbatore at 6am. I stayed at the airport till 9am in the meantime i tried to contact hotel manager but phone was not picked up, so i took a taxi and came to the hotel. The manager assured me to arrange one room but at 10am he told me to pay rs 2000 for early check-in since you booked the room online. Afterwards he said that ma'm wants to talk to you then she allowed me to go in the room only on the promise to check out at 10am on 12th. Yes the rest of the stay was uneventful and good

Even though makemytrip confirmed the booking, the hotel denied rooms saying they were full, and in front of me, told makemytrip that rooms were available, and hence i could not cancel the booking. Neither did i get the rooms, nor the refund

Location is good. Quality service and cleanliness has gone down compared to before.

The hotel is good for short time stay. Room service was terrible as phone orders were not taken neither was responded back when called and number was busy. Internet did not work throughout the stay and tv service was unavailable for one whole day. For travelers spending less time in the hotel and more outside, it is okay for staying.

Hospitality was good and cleanliness of the toilet was up to the mark. Only one thing i felt bad was bed spring was completely worn out.

The price doesn't match the property if it was cheap then would have been worth the money

At reception, they haven't got the confirmation of my booking. Provided a room with cigarette smoke. Bathroom with leakage of water.

There is no Ac even meter is showing 16, I didn't get chillness. Services are not that great.
