Best room & clean room near to bustand Service was good I found a location on make my trip apk

The worst experience I have had in this stay.. No parking.. 1. You should park your car on the road side. 2. If you step out of the hotel, you should be more careful of the vehicle on the road.. 3. Don't recommend it for those who stay with their kids. 4. Lots of Air and noise pollution as the hotel rooms are placed on the main road. 5. You will feel vibration when the vehicles pass on the road. 6. Don't take breakefast there. Because you will get 5 star hotel bill for home made food. 7. Can't sleep comfortable at night due to vehicle sounds and vibration. 8. Toilet top was broken and can't use it.

Stay was comfortable. The staff was courteous and helpful. However, we would have enjoyed if some basic amenities were provided inside the room, including 24/7 geyser. This even did not contain any hotel and was struggling for food.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel — it truly felt like a home away from home. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. The rooms and common areas were very clean and well-maintained, which made the stay even more comfortable. The peaceful atmosphere and warm hospitality made the experience memorable. It was a wonderful stay. Mr Mahesh was very helpful. he arranged a day trip. provided good homely food throughout our stay. staff were also courteous . Will surely stay at this property on our next visit

checkin was smooth, room was unhygienic and its walls were leaking the water, bathroom was smelling very pungent and continuously power disruptions and there was no power backup in hotel. staff was good though.

Around 11 pm , door was knocked and tried to open our door .. whole night .. people were walking around the corridor , laughing creating nuisance

No parking space , tv not working, no hot water , 4 % of emenities they specidied was not there , rooms are just painted and we cant able to sleep properly because of the paint smell , all night sneezing because of paint smell , they should consider smell less quality paints. Sofas are not clean , Not worth for 1600

I had good experience Golden Larch Residency,in ooty. It's very beautiful room's and they maintain very hygienic, service also very good and They treated us very well. And over all it's excellent. Thank you Sunil

They should focus on satisfying customers and someone should be available in reception always Most of the time they are not available and no response for calls

I am disappointed with the stay at Golden Larch. The main photo of the property is sold out and we were moved to new property without any prior intimation. when we went to check the original property that time we got to know that the owner is trying to bluff. The blankets were not clean. the lights outside hotel rooms were shut after midnight. the person at the reception was very rude. A different odour was coming from the cleaned room. will not recommend for family stay.

The hotel's main photo uploaded is a sold out property. When we checked in we were not informed that the room has been moved to new property.

My check in experience was super. The food available at the hotel. Hotel is a very prime location. The staff was very cooperative.

The property is well managed, my experience says i got what i saw in photos of mm t booking. They seemed to have kept old price in peak diwali booking days, lucky for me when i had booked it was showing old price which was less than there peak price, still they honored the booking and gave us good service. The hospitality they showed was icing on the cake. Including us i saw the host guiding other tourists to help plan their tour to places to better utilise the time. Also the homely food that you can book here was fabulous, i think they have only veg menu or don-no if it was due to festive season but the food was also pretty delicious and served hot in the cold weather of ooty. I would recommend my friends who would be planning to ooty.
