The location is simple but the stay offers a nice and clean room. You can get a great coffee from the reception.

The room was very safe and just 800 meters from Ooty bus stand. It’s safe for families and couples, definitely a must-try property. The room quality was like a 5-star property. The receptionist was a very good, friendly, and humble person. Cabs, autos, and tourist places are also nearby. Don’t miss visiting this property.”

The room was neat and clean, it was a comfort stay. Only thing was due to bad weather there were frequent power cuts and if power went off after 11pm there won’t be any power backup

No room cleaning was done for my 3 day stay. No plates and tissues were provided for the complete stay. Rooms are costly considering above faults.

They charged 7000 rs per night and they provided absolutely no services. For drinking water also, we had to go to another floor and fill water in just a 1 litre bottle that they provided for 3 people. The rooms were also smelly.

The hotel lacked a proper restaurant facility, which made dining inconvenient. We also noticed insect(Centipede- பூரான் ) entering the room, which affected our comfort. Overall, the amenities provided were minimal and did not meet our expectations.

No facility of a Cattle to Heat Milk for Kids & no play area for Kids, also doesn’t have any Kitchen or any food facility.

the room and washroom were clean and good. good balcony. they charged extra for early check-in, which we paid ₹500... for 3hrs of early check-in. overall great stay, non-disturbing. located in upper bazaar area, walkable distance from bus stand and the railway station.. sunrise view

No lift. Need to carry the baggage. No fan, no aircon, no ventillation. Need to open balcony for air circulation. Be ready to face the mosquito issue on your own risk.

Our experience with cherry blossom was a complete disaster, it was so disgusting that we had to check-out within 15 mins. The rooms were untidy had bed bugs, no replenishments, washrooms were also not clean. There were only two men in the entire hotel for service. And the worst part was the smell. Hotel was badly stinking. Unfortunately we had booked this considering the rating however the hotel worth nothing. Please please don’t go for it.
