Hotel Sun Park

Its a nice property with great location. But maintenance is very poor. Bathroom is dirty, pillow cover or bedsheets are smelly. They don't have extra bed/cot if 3 ppl planning to share room.

Staff, services and rooms are good, spacious. Everything is close to the hotel (botanical, rose garden, lake) within vicinity by car or can hire an auto. Food is not available at property (except breakfast) but zomato is accessible easily. Overall it is very nice stay and can recommend for stay.

We booked 4 deluxe rooms in this hotel including breakfast for 2 nights stay but after seeing the condition of the room we were very disappointed as there was nothing in the room except bed, there is kitchen but no utensils, no staff for room service. I want to say that please do not make booking just by looking at the outside pictures.

This was the worst stay I have ever had. Hotel staff could not provide us a single towel. Bed sheets and quilt were dirty and damp. I had paid for an Extra bed, but in place of extra bed/cot, they had put a mattress on the floor. They was absolutely no co-ordination between the staff, Bisleri water could not be provided to us. Finally they changed our room after lot of arguments with one of the staff. I paid for the breakfast already, but they could not provide anything to us on the time mentioned by them which was 8.30am. We checked out a day before because we were unhappy with what happened at the hotel. We not recommend this place to anyone. Rude staff and pathetic services! I would like to demand refund of the room tarrif and break fast which we were not provided.

Very good hotel to stay. We stayed here for 3 days. Rooms are pretty clean. Room service is good. Got many good location for photos.

Located close to shopping centers and very good food joints. Do not opt for food as they order food from outside. Eating cold food in ooty, not a good idea. The room that i opted was big, well lit and clean. . Hotel did not provide soap, towels, water. We had to follow up. They were good to provide them when asked. For the price point that i paid i would have preferred it all came with out reminders.

They don't have a in house kitchen like they claim in booking. No proper road to enter the place it's just a 15 ft road. Hotel ambiance is pathetic.

Property is very near to ooty. Location is a good one. Rooms are spacious but average looking. Employees are very cordial. Good for stay.

Pleasent stay, we stayed with family and friends, it's a nice stay. Recommend for fa-mil stay, near botanical garden.

The stay was good. The staff was nice. Though we couldn't get breakfast cause the chef was on leave. This is the 2nd time in Ooty, we stayed at the same hotel but the road is still not fixed. Need to fix heater in the rooms cause the beds were ice cold 🥶 + point for parking space.

Poor room service, no restaurant, terrible experience, suggesting that no one will be stay there wastage of money

Good location but had terrible experience. I booked two rooms and was expecting a decent hotel. I found that one of the room has smoke smell and did not help in-spite of spraying multiple rounds of room freshner and keeping windows open. They never gave another room and we all had to adjust in one room. There is no intercom phones, leakages in bathrooms, rooms has mold smell. Rooms lag maintenance. There is no proper response from care taker hotel manager. Stay away if you want to avoid disappointment.

Paid day we stayed 2 adult and 2 kid in looks big rooms but in real it's small room

Dear mmt, first of all the route to go this hotel is very small and difficult to understand. Surrounding of hotel area is very dirty. Rooms are ok as size wise but bathroom is very bad. Basin tap is continuously licking. No support from staff. Inf-act i tried to cancel 2nd day but they denied for refund. Overall at this amount which i paid is not at all worth for this property. Pl make this confidential. Do not disclose. This is for your information please as you asked. Regards. Sorry, i left the ooty. I haven't taken it.

I stayed here earlier also and thus i booked again here. However, this time, there were a few issues with respect to cleanliness and the receptionist who would smoke and drink, although peacefully but still not suitable.

Location is very bad road is very small u need 1hr to pass the road. No service at all. No tv no phone nothing is der except bed. Rate is very high not upto mark. My suggestion is not to book dis room. No swimming pool nothing. No restaurant. Nothing. Dey have posted a other photo it's not as u see in photo.

The service in sun-park ooty is very very good. The bathroom was hygiene and the manager was friendly. Electricity was available 24/7 and the food they provided was clean and neat. The customer service was exceeding and the hotel was clean. Heater facility was available 24/7 and the hotel was located in a prime location making it easy to travel. The view point was excellent also. 10/10 hotel i recommend it to all.

1. Rooms cleanliness was not satisfactory 2. Though generator was there during powercut not sufficient for geyser to work. We suffered for hot water 3. Intercom not working.
