The response of hotel staff was average. We don't satisfied with cleaning and hygiene otherwise stay was good

the tv did not work . the room was very dirty the bed sheets and curtains were not cleaned the room was very stinky the geser was not working the sink tap would not close the shower was not working the restroom was not cleaned properly it was very stinky

Terrible Stay. expensive and waste of money. It sticks very bad. Very small room. Staff is worst too. No minimums provided. No match with the photos vs actual. I did a mistake not gone through MMT reviews before booking. I felt very very bad booking in this hotel for family stay.

Got room after 2 hours say by 3.15 pm. Toilet was not clean, no linen was clean. Pillow was full of hairs. No bath towel provided. No drinking water, glasses were dirty. Mosquito liquid machine not working , tv remote not working.. Totally feeling myself shame by booking this hotel and your suggestion. This is my last booking through tou

Comparatively costly and very smaller room. congested room and facilty. Not recommended. located in main bazar which makes more difficult to reach location due to traffic

This hotel is very close to main busstand, many hotels are available near by, lucky to have telugu hotel walkaway from the hotel, tasted andhra style food. Taken deluxe room had pleasant stay, staff are very polite, car parking available

It was very worst. As the rooms are dirty and the receptionist is drunk. The neighborhood are drying their clothes in-front of our room. The receptionist behaviour is so worst and we checked out immediately

I travelling with families that include six men, women, and children.After reviewing the show rooms, it was discovered that the facilities were really poor and unclean. The first problem was that the receptionist was intoxicated when i checked in.I have not yet stayed at this hotel.I've sent the photo proofs. Terrible no hospitality, no service, at this cold wet-her no hot water was provided, no ac, rooms are so small and bathrooms too, no safety lock from inside the room. The owner just bother about rent, poor service no complimentary offer, no soap and towels provided was so dab one could not use. Not hygiene beds, smelling.
