There are no basic amenities in this hotel .Very bad experience with all my group members. No warm water, even multiple time request for this since ooty temperatures was 15 degree in morning and it's basic need for all but no such type facility. I have complained twice to basic amenities and they helped me . I would not recommend to anyone to stay in this hotel .

Food at the restaurant of Hotel is of poor in taste. Also complimentary breakfast is not value for money options because of its poor taste and quantity.Issue of hot water in washroom. Waiting time is more for hot water. After half bucket of hot water you have wait another 20 minutes for another half bucket hot water. Rooms was good ...food facility is not there so it's was very hard to find a best place for food... staff was cooperative and gud in nature

I had an overall decent stay at the property. The hotel is well-maintained, and the balcony view is lovely. However, there are a few areas that could use improvement. The kitchen facility is not available, so guests should not expect any cutlery or basic kitchen support. On our second day, housekeeping was missed due to the staff being unavailable, and cleaning was only done the following day—this could be better managed with more attention to scheduling. We appreciated the extra blanket provided when it got a bit cold. One concern was that I didn’t receive a response when I requested the Wi-Fi password, even after messaging the number provided—this was inconvenient as I needed to work remotely. We also experienced a power outage in the afternoon, which affected our comfort. With some attention to service responsiveness and facility availability, this could be a great place to stay.

I stayed here for 4 days and choose balcony room , the view was awesome and very pleasant , they don’t have lift and they did not provide plates to have food , hot water was not consistent over all okaish

The location is good. Staff co- operative. Since there is no kitchen, there is no food service.

Please make sure hot water is available,as especially in morning hours,as without hot water it's difficult to stay in Ooty without hot water.

Budget friendly stay with a nice city view , 800ms away from charring cross it was clean and good staffs were friendly.

This hotel is in central ooty in market but doesn't have any ooty view. Property is a bit old and staff service is average. If you look for some peaceful hotel with good ooty's hill view, it's not the choice

Having a very nice experience to stay here, rooms are specious and clean, the hotel staff was very helping. This hotel is located in a very convenient area, some of famous places like rose garden, botanical garden are at the walking distance.

Decent stay, staff was helpful and polite. Must improve in house keeping. Overall the staff was good. Price could be little towels the budget for the stay but acceptable during peak season

Not worth the money. There was no kettle and basic amenities present. Room was not cleaned and maintained properly.

Spacious rooms. Got it around 1600 unclusive gst. One minor problem is, hot water is available only from 7am to 10am. You'll get a good view from the 2nd floor rooms.
