Hotel is average, i booked deluxe room for one night with cost 1579- rupees, but they provided super deluxe room, room size is ok but some basic amenities are defective like flush not working, taps leakage, near location not much option for food, you find 2-3 restaurant only. I rated this 3* out of 5. I didn't stay here. Not safe for family

The hotel location is superb. You can find nearby restaurants to have breakfast lunch and dinner. The hotel is on the way to the ooty bus stand and the railway station is only 800 meters to 1 kilometer. The rooms are old. They have two types of room one they are calling as deluxe and one is standard. No room heater for both the rooms. Hot water is available only in the morning for the standard room. You have to wait for the next morning to take a bath as it is too cold. No coffee tea maker. So you can't boil hot water. One best thing is plastic banned in the entire valley. No please carry your which is reusable. Otherwise you have to buy 5 liters of cans which looks too odd. Transportation to reach ooty is by car, bus. 4-5 hours from Mysore, 6-7 hours by bus via Mysore. Or you can take a flight or train to Mysore or coimbatore or palakkad. From there you can travel by car or bus. Full of greenery. Maximum hotel room in the valley has a good view. About this hotel apartment from the location and restaurant attached I don't find anything special. I will always suggest before booking any hotel please go and see the room at least. The bedsheet is not neat and clean. Be careful with the auto driver always bargain. For one kilometer they will charge 150 rupees. No ola, uber available there.

Need to improve the quality and service for the customers especially the cleanliness

The hotel staff were very cordial and accomodating. While the room was decent, the staff allowed us to use a room for freshening up even before check in time. They also helped us with travel bookings inside Ooty.

This property is good clean room and i have booked deluxe room but i got super deluxe room and good room full time hot water available and good staffs full time available in any time this was good property my rating excellent 👌
