Worst hotel in Ooty
Worst hotel in Ooty to stay. First of all it is bot a hotel its a chowl. Extremely small rooms, hardly any space apart from the bed. Staff is very rude. Pillow covers and bedsheets given were torn and after multiple request and exchange of words it was replaced. Rude staff. Toilet seat was missing and we asked to change the room or repair it, the hotel manager asked to adjust for one day and will repair it next day. There is no food facility available there. If you need anything to eat these guys will get it from outside and charge you service charge GST etc on food that they will order on swiggy and send to ur room. Nightmare place to stay. Not at all recommended.

Nice Ooty has too nice hotel

The hotel was in a good location. It is just 200 metre from the Ooty bus terminus. It does not have food facility.
